Summary: basically the spell only works when that person is alive and peter just gets so depressed and lonely that he kills himself but dr strange remembers him

Stephen strange POV
Every day after the spell was the same for Stephen, he would wake up if he even slept and was not staying awake worried sick that when he woke up he would be greeted by a suicide article with peters face on it And the whole day he would try calling peter, although he understood why peter wouldn't pickup, peter would just expect to hear „who are you and why is your number on my phone?"
Nothing similar to a suicide article has been published in the 2 months of that whole rendezvous so he decided to actually go to sleep

Peter Parker POV
Peter was depressed and traumatized so what would he do when he feels like that, that's right, ALCOHOL!, but of course because of his metabolism he couldn't even get drunk so he decided on the only other plausible answer
Suicide
No one would care because no one even knows who he is, there was literally no reason for him to keep living, so he took the one chair he had and made a rope out of his webs, he webbed his suit on the wall with a little letter that said
'your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man retires - Peter B. Parker :)"
He stepped on the chair, tied the self-made rope around his neck and kicked the chair. He wasn't struggling at all, in fact it felt nice because he knew he would finally be free. And now, everyone would remember just when it's too late
Dr strange
Stephen woke up by a sharp pain in his chest and then it jumped into his mind Peter, something was wrong so he started sprinting to peters apartment, yes he could have used a portal but he was panicking so he didn't think of it
MJ and Ned
They were talking in the cafe MJ still works at "yeah college just su-" then they too felt the sharp pain and looked at eachother "peter" they both said in sync, so they too just bolted off to peters apartment
Pepper and Rhodey
They too felt the sharp pain and remembered peter but they choose to ignore it since they were spending time with The avengers
MJ, ned and Stephen arrived at the apartment at the same time just to a body covered by a white cloth being carried out the door, Stephen walked up to it and lifted the cloth so he could see the persons face "no.." "no no no no no NO" Ned and MJ peeked too and immediately started breaking down in tears "hello I'm doctor Stephen strange, just uh please tell me he's alive" "I'm sorry mr. Strange but paramedics said he died about half an hour ago" "okay thank you" Stephen said as he was trying to hold back tears, he knew damn well peter didn't deserve anything that happened to him and then he remembered something else, he had to tell the other avengers, after all they were very close to peter, so he made a portal right then and there to the cabin where surprisingly everyone was, for some reason they felt it too
"Stephen what a surprise to see you he- oh jeez what's wrong?" Pepper asked, it was only then he realized he was actually crying "you might wanna sit down pepper" "why?" "It's about peter" at that everyone's heads perked up "so you felt that too?" "Yes and I know why you guys felt that" "then tell us cause I'm genuinely confused here" Sam said "peter killed himself" silence, absolute painful silence for a solid ten minutes "w-wha- how- why?" "He got lonely, he told me to cast a spell that would make everyone forget who peter Parker is so he could save the multiverse and his friends, it was after The whole mysterio thing and his aunt died too so he basically lost everyone and couldn't handle it" Stephen explained " I don't blame him" Wanda said "what?" "I mean I would've done the same and he was like what? 18 years old?" Stehen shook his head "19?" He shook his head again "please tell me he was atleast over 20" "he turned 17 not too long ago" Stephen said " but that would mean he was-" "just a kid"
"We should look on the bright side"
"What bright side?" "He's peaceful now, he's probably with his dad,his mom, uncle Ben, may and tony now" "true" Bruce who hasn't said anything stood up abruptly "I need to go" "what? Where" "you'll see" and not long after they saw trees being broken and thrown into the huge pond "he deserved so much better" "huh?" The sound came from the stairs where the Barton siblings stood, no one really knew this but them and peter where practically besties "aren't you supposed to still be asleep" Clint said as his dad mode activated "we were but then we felt this sharp pain so we came down stairs but we heard everything" "petey gone?" Nathan said "yea I'm sorry Nate" Nathan threw himself at his dad and started crying hysterically
Time skip to funeral
"Thank you all for coming today. We have all gathered here to mourn the loss of Peter Benjamin Parker also know as Spider-Man, peter was the sweetest and kindest person I've ever known, I remember seeing him run back into a fire to save the guy that tried to kill him. All peter ever wanted was a family I believe, it's a shame he got neither of those, if he was still alive I would personally tell him 'you are worthy of love and a happy life' but I was too late and I'm sorry for that, you will forever be missed Peter Parker
