(Name) always giggled to herself because no matter how many times she has told Kokushibo that he doesn't need to knock on the door, every time, he still insists on doing so

She opened the door to see him once again, in the night sky ...

"For you, (Name)" he said calmly and gently as he gave her a bouquet of her favorite flowers

"Kokushibo! This is so nice thank you!" she said, having a closed-eye smile, while the moonlight reflects on her

"are you coming inside?"

The long haired demon then snapped out of his thoughts, "Not now. It's for another time"

he then went inside and closed the door behind him

"Kokushibo, where do you get these flowers? I looked everywhere in the forest when I go sightseeing, but I've never seen these flowers! In fact, it's been such a long time since I've gotten these!" she asked in curiosity, with a small tone of excitement

he swallowed the lump that was in his throat . . .

there was no way he was gonna tell her that he stole them from a random guy quietly, then killed him without anyone noticing. . .

"I bought them... from a small hut... when I was coming towards here..." he lied

"Well these are very beautiful! You know you don't have to do this every time you know" she claimed

"I wanted to" Kokushibo responded quickly while (name) just sweat dropped, but she just giggled

"Hey, Kokushibo, can I ask you something?" She asked with her head slightly tilted to her side and eyes glimmering with curiosity

"so cute" he thought

"hmm?" He responded, in a respecting manner

"can I call you Koku?"

"she gave me a nickname? I never thought... she would have done this..." he thought to himself

of course, if anyone else where to call him a name like Koku, they would have died before they could even blink

but coming from her

just made it feel special

only she could call him by that name. . .

"O-of course if you d-don't want me to th-then that's fine!" she timidly added while blushing out of embarrassment

"that's fine" Kokushibo said

(name) was very excited inside, but she let out a small yay . . .

she then hugged Kokushibo around his waist, since she couldn't reach further due to his tall figure

but he wrapped his arms around her waist, and lifted her high enough for her to wrap her arms around his neck

he then buried his head into her neck, he could smell lavender and roses just from her

she then laughed as she continued to hug him

Kokushibo was going to cherish this moment, and he will never forget it
