Chapter 7

Elise's Pov

It's been 1week and 4 days since Arthur stayed here with us, and honestly he's a friendly and funny guy. Our first conversation I considered it as a funny one.

Where he called me woman and I call him rude man, I felt so happy that I have someone to talk and laugh with. And on the other side, He's not rude anymore. He calls me by my real name.

"Arthur, come help me plant the flowers!" I shouted for him to hear then he quickly came running towards me "hm, seems like your mother likes to plant flowers!" arthur proclaimed.

I chuckled and shakes my head "yes she do, but I also love planting flowers and trees. Nature is my friend" I replied. "How about me?" Arthur said.

I laughed, and looks at Arthur "well, you are the bestest of all but I still cant replace the fact that nature is my friend" I said.

Arthur hums in response as he helped me planting the flowers, he puts a soil and I placed the seeds. I broke the silence "its been a week, arthur. I want to know about you."

I looked at Arthur and he seemed worried, why is he worried? "You'll know me soon" he replied simply.

I frowned and stops planting "You've been my friend now, And friends need to share about their lives and problems" . Arthur gave me a sigh and he looked at me "after working, i'll tell you about me, satisfied?".

I smiled and nodded my head "satisfied." I turned my head and we both continue to help each other planting and making flower vase made of wood.

Suddenly came in my mind, I looked at Arthur as he keep talking about he dont know how to make flower vase with wood and his experiences. "Arthur?" . "Yes?" He answered as he looked at me.

"Are you planning to go back home?" I asked on what's on my mind. Arthur seemed to snapped back and he said "I'm never going back" he answered.

I tried to reply him, but he quickly walked away, afraid that I might question him more about his family.

I then released a sigh, looking down. Well thats the problem of him, he wont tell me about his problems.

After working, I walk towards the shore where I first saw Arthur, I sit down on the rocky shore and waited for Arthur.

After a few minutes, Arthur came and sit beside me. I looked at him as he spoke first "You have a wonderful family, Elise". I smiled and looked down as I remember mother.

"Well, it's just my mother but she makes my life perfect, how about your relationship with your family?" I asked. While he decided to open up for me.

"Nothing special, they dont care about me" he replied, I looked at him sadly and held his hand softly, I gave him a comforting smile "No family that doesnt care, I am here for you, Arthur."

Arthur looked back at me, theres something sparkling in his eyes that I cant explain, "I am glad you are here beside me, Elise Thank you."

I smiled warmly, nodding my head and replied "anytime, Arthur" we held each others hand as we looked at the sundown, suddenly he got closer to me and wrapped his arms around me, his chin above my head. I instanly froze and a pink formed in my cheek.

My heart beating faster, I closed my eyes and I will remember this moment till the end of me.

"I could stay here with you" Arthur said, I froze and looked up to him "what?" . Arthur look back at me and answered "you asked me earlier if i am planning to go home, and that is my answer".

I looked at his ocean eyes "but what about your family? Im sure they are looking for you by no-" . He cutted me off. "They don't, im sure they are celebrating and besides no one seemed to care for me, except you".

A blush formed in my cheek, looking down at my hand "dont flatter me." I said. Arthur began to smirked and carry me in bridal style, I screamed loudly and held him to not fall.

"What do you think you're doing!" I said while holding him by the shoulder as he keep carrying me in bridal style then he throw me to the water.

My dress soaked, I screamed and laughed, grabbing arthur back as he fell down beside me in the water. "Let's see who will win, the prince or the princess!".

Arthur smirked and mumbled "i wont be easy with you, princess" he went to me and keeps splashing the water at me, and I kept splashing the water at him too.

And in that moment, I didn't realize that i'm falling for Arthur and so does he.

Unknown Pov

"Captain, I found the Prince he is in the oak Island" . I bite my apple and smirked "kill him" I start to walk away then my assistant said something "but he's with a woman".

I stopped walking without turning around, I replied "who is she?" . "Probably a weakness, Sir"

I turned around "weakness." A smirk turn into my lips. "A wonderful word I heard of the enemy, weakness"

"Now, lonard. Why don't you go and distract the woman away for days until I get the chance to kill that Prince.

He has to pay back for killing my family.
