phil yawned tiredly as he sat up in bed, stretching his arms and flapping his wings, quickly standing up he walked to his small bathroom, brushing his teeth and fixing his hair up a bit, deciding quite quickly what he'd make for breakfast for all of them, he was oddly craving blueberry waffles, which made him even more hungry thinking about it, he finished up quite quickly and got dressed, then, walking downstairs to their kitchen, decorated with four potted plants along the counter which each had their names on one of them, tommys being a marigold, wilburs being a bellflower, technos being a hydrangea, and last but not least, phils being a camellia, he smiled as he grazed his fingers across the flowers, marvelling at their beauty as he snapped back to reality, getting the ingredients out for the pancakes.
"ohhhhhhhhhhh philzaaaaaaaaaa" he heard his second eldest son say as he giggled, turning to him "hello wil" he smiled as he continued working on the pancakes, not paying the most attention but surely making sure it didnt burn, then, his youngest son came down, looking like he just got out of wwe, he laughed as he placed some pancakes on the plates for them all, yet he couldnt help but wonder where his eldest son was, and it seemed like it was all on their minds, "tommy did you see techno at all?" wilbur questioned the younger who shook his head "did you?" wilbur sighed at this answer "hes probably just tired from last night" tommy said, trying to cheer up wilbur who smiled at his attempts, "hopefully- i mean, we must had been a handful then" he giggled as he ate the rest of his pancakes, being the fast eater he is, he volunteered to go and see if techno was up, to which they all agreed, he carefully got up and walked up the wooden stairs, gripping onto the railing as it made him feel safer. Using his socks he slid over to technos room and went to knock on the door, that was until he heard small whining to be exact, he was confused, maybe it was his show? or..? he sighed and knocked lightly on the door, recieving no response he decided to open the door, he furrowed his brows at the older who was mentally freaking out, everything seemed to big to techno, it was honestly really scary. "tech?" wilbur said softly, walking up to the shaking boy, who had a finger in his mouth, then it clicked, wilbur was relieved, he thought something had happened to techno, yet he was still extremely confused, techno was his caregiver, but he made a vow to support him forever, through anything and everything; so, he wouldnt break that vow ever. "tech? can you breathe with me hun?" he said with a small smile, sitting down next to techno and holding him close exaggerating his breathing so the little would follow, taking steps until he was completely on track, "'ilby.." he mumbled as he held wilbur tight, "ou 'o hate 'e?" he asked, with a genuine tone in his voice, which broke wilburs heart, "i could never hate you dear" he said softly, wiping tears off technos face, "do you wanna go and see the others?" he asked with a small smile, tying the littles hair up, he honestly was really happy to be able to give techno the break he needed. "mhm! mhm!!!" the mentally younger giggled as he attatched himself to wilbur who stood up quickly, holding techno close to him as he made sure to be soft with the other, to try and not cause another one of those episodes, he quickly walked downstairs, to which the others turned their heads, shocked at what their seeing, "HE REGRESSES?!" tommy stood in total shock but happiness as he smiled, "mhm now be quiet" wilbur mumbled quietly to the blonde who nodded, then looked at phil, "is he okay? i mean, hes never regressed before has he?" phil questioned as he walked to techno, who was oddly embarrassed at the amount of attention he was recieving, and didnt take long to hide his face inside of wilburs sleeve which made the others giggle
"hey tech?" phil said softly with a smile which perked the attention of the younger
"mm?" he mumbled at phil with a small smile
"its okay to take a break hun" he smiled as he ruffled technos hair, making the younger feel content,
he loved his family
