Sektor: Shinnok's Currency is lies as is yours.

Quan Chi: Payment is due. I exterminated the Shirai Ryu as promised using the image of Bi Han. When he dies I will resurrect him as a wraith for Shinnok. You will use Kuei Liang as a Cyber Lin Qui.
