How is this even possible? How can this happen? He was alright an hour ago she survived and now she is no more. I can't believe my ears. Life is too short

"Tch tch tch" the voice bring me out of my thoughts. I looked up to see a strange guy with a smirk as well as tears in his eyes

I was confused

"Who are you?" I asked

"You don't know me? So sad no? Alas Manik haven't told you about me" he said with a smirk "ok fine let me introduce myself. I am Rohit. Manik's best friend and his ex's husband" he said forwarding his hand

I stood up with a jerk

"Get out of my way" I said angrily

"Slow down girl, I was here to see Ria but I just heard she is no more, tch tch tch so sad but this is life. See because of you my baby died and because of me You Manik's Ria" he said and I was shocked

"What?"

"Shocked to listen? Yes I killed her I took off her oxygen mask, poor girl she was trying to catch her breathes but but but I didn't helped her, Alas" he said laughing

I was numb

"How can you kill an innocent girl huh, how can you? You fucking asshole you killed my Manik's happiness how can you?" I was pushing him away slapping his chest hardly

He fell on floor

"What is happening this is hospital what are you doing?" A female doctor asked coming forward

"I am sorry" I said controlling my tears

"Mr. Rohit your wife's condition is very serious she need you" A nurse said coming towards him

"I will not leave you easily" saying so he left

I took a deep breathe wiping my tears. I have to be strong Manik need me

I searched for him everywhere, I guess he is on the same spot, terrace.

I entered inside to see him sitting on floor crying hard. Fuck I can't see him like this. I ran towards him sitting in front of him.

"Manik" he looked at me wiping his tears

"Nandini please leave me alone" he said

"No I will not. I will never, Manik I know its difficult but You have to be strong there are so many things to handle Manik please stay strong" I said

"She left me Nandini she left me. She promised me she will never leave me but she broken her promise" he was crying hard hugging me tightly

"Manik it was not her to leave you...she..." I don't think its the right time to tell him everything

But what if they both run. They both are culprit they should be behind the bars. I have to tell him

"What you mean Nandini?" He asked wiping his tears

"Manik you have to be patient and also you have to control yourself I know it Will be hard to-"

"Nandini just tell me what happened?" He asked interrupting me

"Rohit...Rohit killed her" I finally said

"What? No this can't be the truth"

"Manik I know its difficult to digest but this is the truth"
