'Phew, good thing I asked for a drive back.'

If you didn't, you would have to find some other way to get back to the office.

The security guard was driving you three back and already dropped Gyeoul off at her place.

"We only have ninety days left, will that be enough time?" You asked Hobin.

"I'm not so sure myself but we have no choice." He gazed out of the window.

You two got to the office and were planning to relax for a bit.

Walking to the counter, you were looking for a bag of popcorn when you remembered something.

'Goddammit, I forgot Gyeoul ate the last bag.'

You argued with yourself if you wanted to go outside right but finally decided to might as well do it.

"I'm gonna head outside real quick to the convenience store." You sighed before throwing your jacket back on.

"I'll go with you, it's dangerous to go by yourself this late." Hobin sat up from the couch.

You smiled and nodded before leaving the office with him.

"Thanks for tagging along." You walked down the street.

"It's no problem." Hobin grinned.

You two eventually reached the convenience store and began your shopping.

Grabbing a few bags of popcorn, you turned to your friend.

"Feel free to get anything you want, I'll pay."

"No, you shouldn't! Plus, I don't need anything." As soon as he lied his stomach grumbled.

There was a brief silence before you spoke.

"You're hungry. C'mon, pick anything you'd like."  You held onto your other goods.

"Okay, thanks." He blushed in embarrassment before covering his stomach with his hand.

Hobin walked over to the area with snacks and browsed the section.

'I'll find something I can share with (Name).' He crouched down to look at the snacks at the bottom of the shelf.

"(Name), what kind of snacks do you like?" He asked.

"I like (Favorite Snack)!" You answered.

You watched as Hobin got up and searched for the snack you named.

He returned to you holding (Favorite Snack).

"We can share this." He held it up with a smile.

"Really? Okay!"

You two went to check out and you paid for everything as you said.

Leaving the convenience store, you and Hobin began walking down the empty street.

You silently swung the bag of items you bought back and forth.

"(NAME)!" Hobin grabbed your hand and pulled you forward.

"What happened?!" You stumbled from the sudden pull and turned around to see what happened.

Behind you were a bunch of foreigners.

'They're back?!'

You looked back to book it only to be faced with more foreigners.

You were surrounded.

The man who stood in front of you had a syringe full of some sort of orange liquid.

'Fuck, will I die if I get that stuff in me?' You stared at the syringe in horror.

There were way too many opponents, could you fight off all of these men?

Suddenly, a foreigner behind you charged toward you.

"WATCH OUT!" Hobin warned.

Thanks to Hobin, you turned around just in time and kicked the man in the chest.

He fell backwards and began coughing violently.

The foreigners around him moved out of the way in the area the man fell.

'That's our chance!'

You gripped Hobin's hand and ran for the gap between the opponents.

You two slipped through and began running down the street at full speed.

But the foreigners were catching up quickly.

You were so distracted in getting away you almost couldn't hear the cracking of a bone.

Turning around, you saw Gaeul's dad fighting the men.

One of the foreigner's legs were bent the other way from one of his kicks.

You and Hobin watched in surprise as he fought off all of them.

"Sir?!" You watched him defeat the last person.

"So you want to learn from me?" The older male asked Hobin.

"From here on, people are going to die. If you want to learn from me, you'll have to live with this burden. Hobin, will you accept this burden?" He approached the boy.

"I saw your channel, I couldn't believe my eyes. You really followed those videos. By what you learned from me, you showed me who you are. You were the same as I."

'The fighting techniques videos!' You remembered.

"In fact, I've learned from you. From you, I've learned courage. I decided to stop running away from my past. I'll fight it so you can fight for your future." He said in a serious tone.

"I'm talking too much. It's been awhile since I had a discipline, after all. Starting now, I'll turn you into a human weapon."

"A human weapon?"

Later that night you got home pretty late.

'Crap, it's almost one am.'

You cracked open the door to see Logan standing right there.

"Dad?!" You jumped.

"Where have you been?" He asked seriously.

"Well I..." You contemplated whether or not you wanted to tell him about what happened that night.

"You?" He tried to get you to continue your sentence.

"I went to the convenience store with Hobin and then ran into Gaeul's dad on the way home." You spoke up.

"That took you all night to do?" He raised a brow.

You wanted to explain yourself but couldn't think of what to say.

Logan sighed before talking.

"(Name), I'm sorry to do this to you but you're grounded."
