Why tf did the colors not blend?????

Please, ignore how bad this is, I swear I tried my very best but it did NOT work, colors didn't blend, idk what happened.
I'm currently letting it dry and I'm going to paint over the disaster with some different colors maybe and hopefully it'll be better..... help:')
UPDATE: ITS GETTING BETTER!!!!
