𝟬𝟬𝟳. 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵

It was clear that there was tension in the air at the Maranello when the two drivers came in for simulator practice.

"What is it with you two?" 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐈𝐑𝐄 𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐄𝐍 asked as she cocked her head,

"Nothing," Valentina mumbled as she toyed with the bracelet on her wrist,

"You sure?" The brunette furrowed her eyebrows,

"You were getting a coffee and Charles sent you daggers." She added being well aware that she wasn't the only one to notice it.

"The man just has his undies in a twist," the blonde shrugged as she smirked,

"I'm fairly certain he still wears the ones with SpiderMan on them," she added in a mutter,

"Val!" The Scot let out a snort as her eyes went wide,

"You know I'm right!" The German shot back as she let out a laugh,

"What are you two laughing about?" Charles asked as he made his way to the duos table,

"Oh Charles," Claire coughed as she cleared her throat,

"It's nothing re-" she added as she tried to find a way to recover,

"Just your choice of underwear," Valentina blurted out as she smiled,

"Ah Val I always knew you enjoyed looking at them." The Monegasque shot back,

"Do no-" the German almost gagged as she was close to reaching out to throttle him,

"What do you even want?" She added as she stopped herself,

"Just came to tell you that you no longer hold the sim record for Imola," the boy explained,

"Girl where are you going?" The Scot asked as she watched the blonde get up,

"To make sure that Charles lands up second," the girl explained as she sent him a glare,

"God you two are children." Claire whispered as she pinched the bridge of her nose.

Valentina smiled as she made her way around the Maranello by herself,

She remembered how small she was the first time she went.

"What's got you smiling?" Charles asked as he noticed the girl look around,

"Just remembering how this place was back then," Valentina naturally hadn't been back in years,

"I didn't know you were here before you joined Mercedes." The brunette always thought that she had only ever been an academy driver for Mercedes.

"I wasn't," the blonde shook her head,

"Remember my father was sort of important here." She added in a duh tone,

"Charles!" They whipped their heads around to see one of Charles' assistants running towards them,

"Get over here!" He added as he motioned to the younger boy hurry up.

"Ciao," Charles sent the girl a salute as he smirked,

"Bye," Valentina rolled her eyes as she raked her fingers through her hair,

"You don't get to be the one to say goodbye," the Monegasque scoffed as he shook his head,

"Yes I do," the German nodded,

"I just did," she added as she stuck her tongue out at him,

"Don't you two start," Mattia warned as he walked past the duo,
