We walk through the door and my brothers friends are all here already. Some of them are on one couch and the rest of them are on the other they're taking turns playing video games on the tv.

"Scar, mom called. She said she's running late at the hospital tonight and we can order dinner for all of us from the pizza place down the street. She said she'll cash app you the money soon." He says not looking away from the screen.

"Okay." I say grabbing Callie's hand and leading her upstairs into my room.

We aren't going down there until I have to order dinner.

We walk into my room and sit on my bed. I take out my phone to check if I got any messages but all I got was my mom sending me the money for dinner. I send her a quick thank you and I love you before opening instagram and messaging Christina so she can talk to Ryan.

"So how's everything going at your house?" I ask Callie.

Her parents fight. A lot.

Well it's the same. I think things are okay tonight but you can never be too sure she says smiling sadly.

I nod. I feel bad but there isn't much I can do. She already knows she is more than welcome here all the time.

I feel my phone vibrate and I check it to see a text from Christina.

"Hey. I messaged him. He told me what happened when you guys were arguing. I'm sorry :(. You know how Ryan can be though he just needs his space. I hope things get resolved quick just try not to stress it. I just told him to at least respond to your texts to give you a little piece of mind but we will see what he does. I hope that helped though. Love you!" She said.

Of course since Callie's my best friend and the one who gave me the idea I show her what she said.

"Well hopefully that fixes it." She says questionably as she shrugs her shoulders.

I nod and text Christina back. "Thank you so much and love you too."

"It's already 4 so maybe we could watch a movie and then order dinner around 6:30?" I ask.

She just nods in agreement and I pass her my tv remote so she can choose a movie from netflix.

*after movie*

It's 6:24 now so me and Callie walk downstairs. "Hey Mason what am I ordering?" I ask him.

"Well there's 9 of us all together so order 4 pizzas, some wings, wedges, and soda." He says not looking away from the screen. I nod even though he doesn't see me.

I call and place the order and they say it'll take 15 minutes which usually means 30 but oh well.

Callie takes my hand and guides me to sit on the couch next to some of the boys.

The boys keep playing the game until the 15 minutes pass and Mason stands up shutting off the tv.

"Okay well I can't carry everything by myself so why don't I take 3 of the boys and the rest can stay here." He says and we all nod in agreement.

"You pick Mace." I say

"Okay..." he thinks for a second before deciding.

"Well Matthew, Jason, and Colton can come with me and Levi, Remi and Connor can stay and help you guys get plates and cups ready and decide on a movie." He says and once again we all nod.

He grabs his keys and they leave. "Okay..why don't you pick out the movie Levi, Remi can get the plates and Connor can help us with the cups?" I say.

"Fineee." Levi says rolling his eyes playfully.

"Hey that's your fault for always complaining about the movie so now you get to pick it." I say jokingly before walking to get the cups. He just chuckles and goes to pick out the movie.

Eventually everything gets set up just as the boys are walking through the door.

My brother walks in with the pizza and sets it on the island and the boys follow setting the soda, wings and wedges down on the island as well.

We all get our plates and drinks before getting our food and sitting down all around the living room to watch the movie.
