I had never been on an airplane before, so prior to my departure I asked Judy what to expect and she said it was fun, but it turns out Judy is a filthy liar.

It was not fun.

There was tons of turbulence, a screaming baby was sat directly behind me and I didn't even get to sit by the window.

And don't even get me started on the terrible assortment of plane snacks.

I stood in the terminal where George said he would meet me, anxious as ever from the stressful flight. Stuck in a delightful rotation of looking around frantically, checking my phone for a message from George, then returning to looking around the terminal for the guy I missed so much.

"Long time no see, Princess," a deep voice spoke up from behind me, making weak in the knees.

I quickly spun on my heel to see the beautiful dark haired man I hadn't seen in close to two months, holding a bundle of yellow daisies in his hands.

A wide, uncontrolled smile spread across my face as he stepped towards me and engulfed me in a much needed hug.

"Hi Joj," I eventually managed to whisper.

George exhaled heavily before whispering back, "I missed you, Ella."

Eventually he released me from his grip and grabbed my bag from my hand replacing it with the flowers. George began leading me out of the airport to his car.

George talked nonstop all the way to the hotel, telling all about his exciting life out here, his new producers and friends.

When we finally reached the hotel room, George used a plastic card to unlock the large heavy door which he quickly pushed open and ushered me inside.

I was in awe, when George said he had rented a hotel room, this is not at all what I expected.

I was under the impression, having never been in a hotel room, that it was small, with a bed and maybe a tv and a small bathroom. Nothing fancy.

But this so called 'hotel room' was bigger than my apartment, like a lot bigger. The floors were a pristine white marble, there was dark wood everywhere complimenting said floor. There was a fire place, a fully stocked bar, the biggest tv I have ever seen and a California King sized bed with at least twenty plush pillows on top of it.

"Wow!" I whispered as I gazed around the room.

George let out a laugh.

I missed his laugh.

"You haven't even seen the best part," George let go of my luggage and picked up my hand, leading to a door on the opposite side of the room. He flung it open to reveal a large balcony with a set of table and chairs and the most beautiful view I have ever seen. It was LA, from the 17th floor of the hotel, I could see everything.

The sun was setting in the distance which painted the sky with lovely shades of oranges and pinks. The occasional fluffy white cloud spread across the sky and I couldn't help but let another quiet, 'wow' escape my lips as I walked to the edge of the balcony and stared out.

"Do you like it?" He questioned.

I peeled my eyes from the view and turned to see George standing in the doorway with a soft smile.
