Harry

"Gah, dammit!"

"What's up mate?" Ron asked.

"It's my wedding day. And I look like shit."

"You don't look any different to me." He shrugged. "Maybe that means you always look like shit." I whacked him on the arm. "OW! That hurt!"

"It was meant to. Ugh! Why can't my hair just- just be tamed? Dad, I blame you."

"Er Harry, your dad-"

"Is over there, in his painting, watching me struggle whilst laughing with Sirius and Remus." I pointed to where my dad, Sirius, and Remus were indeed laughing at me, in their own paintings. Remus stopped for a moment though.

"Hey James, I thought that on your wedding day you found a spell to control-"

"But Moony, it's way more fun to just watch him struggle!"

"Watch who struggle?"

"Er... No one."

"James. Watch who struggle?"

"Oh, hi Lilyflower. He was saying it's fun to watch Harry struggle."

"Is this true?" Mum asked me. Charlie had put an extra frame in mine and Ginny's rooms so that mum could travel back and fourth.

"Er, well..."

"I'll take that as a yes. What do you need help with?"

"My hair."

"Easy. I had to do it enough timed for your father." She rolled her eyes at him. He simply shrugged abd smiled sheepishly. "Try opolio."

"Um, okay. Opolio?" I looked in the mirror and tried to comb it. To my utter surprise and relief, it worked. "Thank you so much mum."

"No problem dear. Just relax. Ron, take his wand would you."

Ron didn't question her, he just did it.

"Hey! Why did you-"

"Your dad thought I would realise what an ass he was at the last minute, and tried to apperate away."

"Shit! What if she does realise how much better she can get and deserves? Ron, give me my wand. Now."

"Harry, do you want to be The-Boy-Who-Lived-That-Died?"

"Well, no. Why would I want to die?"

"Because if you leave, she will hunt you down and kill you. Trust me on this."

"And that is how James and Sirius' conversation went." Remus said, laughing.

"Well, not really."

"James, it was like that, just it took more time. And Padfoot handed over to me, whilst he entertained the guests. And he had to tell Lily that there was a slight delay, making her think he'd left."

"Well at least I explained once it was all over!" Dad tried to defend himself.

"Oh, and I said "hang on, you're right. I want a divorce so I can find someone better." Your face!" Mum laughed. Remus and Sirius looked shocked.

"Really now? Interesting. Prongs conviniently never told us that." Sirius mused.

"It never came up."

"Yes it did. Lily would laugh about it, but you never said what she was laughing about."

"James!" Mum cried. "I must've looked like a weird lunatic, laughing to myself like that!"
