Tenma had a lot of scars almost uncountable as for kinako she had such little scars
I guess it's obvious she was the favorite for him well it would make sense because she looks more like their mother as tenma only has their mothers personality
This went on for weeks month even years tenma was only 5 when it started and 11 when it finally stop they had ran away and went to their aunt
Tenma had managed to fully move on but any reminder of the past will give him a breakdown as for kinako seeing your Loved one suffer for years is more painful
Making her very over protective and she has never managed to move on the screams of her brother beginning "him" to stop will always haunt her......
