He stepped into the realm of souls, his feet sinking into the soul sand, which made him frown.

He wasted no time, soaring up, his destination being the little patch of land at the very end of the realm.

He could easily teleport himself there, but instead, he chose to take a closer look at the realm from above.

He wasn't that familiar with it, other than Kristin's castle and the island with the seal, he knew literally nothing about it's other sites.

His eyes were casted down, observing the land underneath him that consisted mostly of soul sand and crying obsidian.

Boring combination of colours, indeed.

A sudden movement caught his attention, it was to his left and he stopped midair abruptly, inspecting the area around him.

"Greetings, my Lord."

The voice drew his attention to the front and he could see who that was now.

The overseer.

One of them, at least.

Clad in the purple robes, floating in the air just in front of him.

"Good day to you."

"May I ask you what business you have here? Was it my Lady who sent you here?"

"Yes, it was her indeed. She told me to check up on you and the realm but also said that she will return as soon as she's done dealing with some problems."

The overseer stayed quiet for a moment, as if processing the newly received information.

"Alright, is it the seal you wish to examine?"

"That's right."

"Alright then, I'll lead the way."

He uttered, now, switching his attention on the flight, XD following next to him.

"Thank you. By the way, where is the second overseer?"

"Guarding the gates. He entrusted the rest of the realm to me."

"Hm...I see."

It was a mere mumble, which merged with the silence that followed shortly after.

It took them more than a minute to reach their destination, considering the speed of their flight, it was fast.

The small, isolated by the poisonous sea, island, with an endless wall stretching just behind it and a gate stood proudly, catching their attention.
