"Specify her!" | YanTao angst

I got this story idea while listening to : Specify her by Melanie Martinez

| Yanfei Pryo archon AU , archons can share their power with one person |

Narrator POV

Its been a month or 2 that Yanfei met Hu Tao , they became best friend fast Yanfei even trusted Hu Tao with half her power. Unfortunately it seems than Yanfei began to catch feelings for Hu Tao.

She planned to tell Hu Tao about her feelings soon.
But..

Hu Tao kept telling her that she met someone , it was no big deal i mean she can have other friend then Yanfei.
Its that she began to talk only about this girl..
She talked a lot about her..

Its like she likes her.

Yanfei POV
"Hey ToaTao can you come to the palace at 7pm today, i need to tell you something important then" i said as Tao turned around her looked at me with a smile *i feel my cheeks heat up a lil* "hm i can go but can i bring someone with me?" "I also kinda need to tell you something" Tao replied.

I mentally sighed
"Fine but only one person" i replied "yay" Tao jumped on me and hugged me, i hug back.
Tao pulled away from the hug
"I do need to meed with a friend now tho" "bye yan I'll see you soon" she says while walking away and waving me goodbye

...
*there she goes, running back to her*
Sigh
*i guess ill begin to set everything up*

Time skip to 7pm
Hu Tao POV

I walked into the al so familiar palace , with my gf behind me
To think about it i have hug out here with Yan a lot..

I see Yan waiting for me so i run up to her and give her a hug
She jumped at bit at the sudden hug but hugged back
"Follow me" she said
We walked right behind her
We came into a pretty room with a beautiful view and a pretty fancy table with food
We all zit down

"So this is the girl you have been talking about so much? Nice to meet you" with a smile

It looked a bit forced..

We began to eat our food as we where almost finished Yan spoke up "so Tao what was the thing you wanted to tell me?"

I looked at my gf and smilled

"I wanted to tell you about me and ——— "
"We are dating"

Yanfei POV
"We are dating"
I felt a sharp pain in my chest
Like i have been stabbed
*did i hear that right..*
"Yan are you okay? You haven't said anything? Aren't you happy for us?"
I felt a tear roll down, i looked down making it not visible
"Yaaann aswerrr"

I stood up.

"Specify her!"
I said with an angry look but a tear still rolling down my cheek
Facing Hu Tao and her gf with her back

"She's getting on my nerves"

"YAN?! how could you!? I love her-" Hu Tao said getting cut off

"You don't love her!"
"Stop lying with those words"

"SPECIFY HER"
Yanfei said this time louder so the guards could hear her
"She's getting on my nerver!"

"YANFEI NO I LOV-"

Yanfei turned around quickly yelling with an angry yet sad face

"YOU DONT LOVE HER!"

Her voice got softer and shaky

"Stop lying with those words.."

Tears where streaming down my face
I began to shake a bit

I stood there looking down as the guard held the hostage

I walked to Hu Tao

I looked in her beautiful eyes...

I put my hand on her chest as she looked at me terrified and in shock

"After everything ive done for you.."
"After everything.."
"This is how it ends.."

i took my full power back, Leaving Hu Tao unable to use pryo ever agian

"Trow them outside" I demanded
The guard did what is said and trew them outside

I fell to thr ground crying

Yanfei: "what have i done"   Hu tao: "what have i done"
