I wake up in the morning and to my surprise, Chamber is still in my bed. I decide not to wake him up and go take a shower. Today is our final day in Split. We can finally head back to HQ again. I made sure to bring everybody a small souvenir from Split. I specifically remembered that Yoru liked turtles so me being me, I got him a small statue that read, "You are a shell-ebrity!" I hope he likes it. I got Chamber a pin that he can put on his bag or his shirt that has a little turtle wearing sunglasses. I'll give it to him once we leave.
I get out of the shower and change into my clothes. I leave the bathroom to see that Chamber is still fast asleep, for someone who is very classy, I wouldn't have expected them to sleep this long. It's already 6 AM. I suppose letting him sleep for a little longer wouldn't hurt.
*30 Minutes Later*
[Chamber/ Vincente]
I wake up in Zara's bed. I must have overslept! I get up in a hurry to see Zara putting on her bracelet.
"Good morning, sleeping beauty.
"What time is it?"
"6:30 AM."
"It's so late! Omen must be wondering where I am."
"The others went on a walk for a bit. You must be exhausted from last night."
"Last night? What happened last night?"
She smiled and then said. "I guess you're going to have to find out yourself."
I was sitting on her bed trying to recall what had happened last night. Zara had already left the room so asking her wouldn't be much help. We didn't have any drinks last night, why is it so hard for me to remember? At least I don't think we did. I get up, fix my collar, and head back to my room.
[Zara/You]
After I left the room I started to smile. I thought I'd might as well joke around a bit since it's our last day in the hotel. Watching him panic is kinda cute?
I pack my bag and look in the mirror afterwards.
"My hair has gotten quite long.. maybe I'll cut it when we get back."
I finish up everything and make the bed. I head outside to see if Chamber is ready to leave. I knock and there's no response, I open the door a little bit and he's still on his bed. He probably got stressed from all the thinking. Since he's too stressed out I pack the rest of his stuff and tidy up the room a little. I wake him up so he can go shower and get ready and he thanks me for helping him out a bit. He comes out of the shower with a towel on completely forgetting I'm right behind him. I can see the small drops of water running down his chest, I quickly turn around and rub my face, is it getting hot in here? Or is that just him? Or me? Im not sure which one but I stopped thinking perverted things and start acting like I didn't see anything at all.
Once he finished changing, he walked up to me and said, " What happened last night?" With a serious look on his face. He wraps his arms around my waist and looks at me.
"I guess you've already forgotten." I give out a heavy sigh.
"Yes, unfortunately. Please refresh my memory."
"We were getting ready to sleep and then you-"
"Please, don't continue that sentence, for your sake and mostly mine."
All we did was sleep. I was joking around when I said we did something."
"Oh." Chamber started to look a little embarrassed. He turned around and then wiped the lens of his glasses and put them back on.
"Let's get going."
"Alright."-Chamber
We check out of the hotel to go find the others. Brimstone said the jet would be here soon to pick us up. As soon as we find the others the jet arrives a few minutes later. I sit next to Neon and Reyna so they wouldn't suspect anything about Chamber and I.
"What should we do when we get back?"-Neon
"Sleep."-Reyna
"Well, I was thinking of doing my hair. Its kind of long now and I could use a change, I might even dye it if I feel like it."
"Can we help?"- Neon
"I don't see why not."
At the corner of my eye I could see Neon looking up hairstyles on the internet. She's so sweet. I'm not sure how I want my hair, but I decide that I'll make the decision later and just rest for now.
*Three Hours Later*
The jet finally lands and everybody starts to get up. Almost everybody leaves the jet and I'm stuck trying to get my luggage from on the top. I feel something rub against my back, it's Vincente. He pulls down my bag and kisses my neck.
"See you inside, mademoiselle." I can feel my face getting warmer and my cheeks start to blush. I manage to cool down and head inside to my room. I lay down after putting away all of my things and think about what Chamber did. He's so cute yet so serious at the same time, I wonder if he's ever been caught off guard? Now that I think about it, I don't know many things about Chamber. I don't know anything about his background or anything else in that matter. I know he isn't a radiant and that he's French and a little more, but that's barely anything. To be honest, I don't even know where I stand with him, or if this is a serious relationship? Maybe he likes hugging something at night? Am I just his hugging buddy? I rub my face and stop thinking those thoughts. I remember what I was going to do, my hair! I ask the other women to help me decide on what hairstyle I should do and they all decide to help me.
