"Hi, Primm!"

"Hi!"

Ngumiti ako saka binati pabalik sina Carolyne at ang grupo niya. They're standing beside their lockers and they're all looking at me. I find it weird at some point but I guess they're just trying to be friendly.

"So, nakita daw kayo kahapon sa garage ni Villegas. Someone saw you and apparently sobrang cute niyo raw tingnan. Inihatid ka pa raw ni Villegas sa loob ng kotse mo." Ngumisi si Rapha. "And who knows kung ano ang ginawa niyo sa loob."

Mahina akong natawa sa sinabi niya. The news about I and Villegas being at the garage yesterday boomed the whole school. Everyone were talking about it and it does feel a bit annoying to me.

Why do they care anyway? So what if I was with Villegas yesterday? So what if we were together? We're studying in the same school, wearing the same uniform, standing at the same garage. Whay are they making a fuss about it?

"Oh! At balita ko mabait daw ang driver mo kay Villegas, ah," tudyo ni Carol sa akin. She's even wiggling her eyebrows.

"So, kailan niyo sasabihin sa lahat na talagang kayo naman talaga? Are you going to keep your relationship a secret?" tanong naman ni Genny.

Umiling ako. "No, you're thinking wrong. We're not in a relationship. That's the truth. Nagkita lang kami accidentally sa garage kahapon. Besides, my driver knew him so he treated Villegas with respect. Wala naman kasi siyang ginawang masama sa akin."

I have a feeling that I should just keep the fact that Villegas actually purposedly stop in front of me at the garage to tease me. If these people would know, talagang mas lalong iingay ang paaralan. I don't want to be the center of attraction. I only want to be a discreet student. Ayokong umingay ang pangalan ko.

Nagkatinginan silang tatlo saka sabay na tumango-tango. Then they all looked at me with an unexplainable expression on their faces.

"So, friends kayo ni Villegas?" tanong ni Rapha.

"Well... I don't know. I am not sure. Nagkakausap lang kami pero I cannot say na magkaibigan na kami," wika ko.

Besides I don't like his group. I can stand other group of boys but not theirs. Aside sa sobrang ingay, sobrang gago rin nila. As much as I could, hindi na ako makikisalamuha sa kanila. I feel like, guguluhin nila ang tahimik kong buhay kapag lalapit-lapit ako sa kanila.

I don't understand women actually. Bakit nila gustong-gusto ang grupo nina Villegas? Obviously, they're just a bunch of annoying jerks! Obvious naman na sasaktan lang sila ng mga mukha no'n ba't pa sila lumalapit?

Tumango si Genny. "Well, I am not surprised. Alam ko na hindi mo talaga hilig ang kagaya ni Villegas. 'Yung mga gusto mo ay gaya ni Vice President Colonel Dominguez."

Tinudyo nila ako saka sabay silang nagtawanan na ikinamula ng pisngi ko. I am not guilty. I don't like Colonel. They're just over analyzing.

"Yieh! Oo nga!" Ngumisi si Rapha. "Si Dominguez pala ang trip mo. Sa gwapo no'n. Responsible pa tsaka matangkad. Bagay kayo!"

"Oo nga!" sabad naman ni Carol. "Matalino ka, matalino rin siya. Pareho kayong responsible. Tapos mahilig kayo sa school activities at mga environmental advocacies. Tapos parehas pa na Governor ang mga Tatay ninyo! Gosh! Sobrang bagay ninyong dalawa!"

Nagtilian silang tatlo. They even jumped like kids.

Napapailing ako habang pinakikinggan sila. Clearly, they're concluding things again. Most probably, they'll report it inside the school tapos kakalat naman. Though, I have nothing against them. Wala naman silang sinabing masama sa akin. And they're friendly.
