I know there is a bit of plot holes in this story like Kevin officially dating Carrie and Ian dating Erin. But this is just an alternative universe, and it's just a Fanfiction.

It was grad night may 13 2005, Wendy Christensen and her friends were all spending time with one another. She was with her boyfriend Jason Wise, her boyfriend's best friend Kevin Fischer and his Ex Girlfriend Carrie Dreyer, who was also Wendy's best friend. They were walking around the park, on the rides and stopping by to talk with friends. After a while they stopped at a food court to grab a bite. Kevin and Jason get up to get their food while the girls stay back at the table. Kevin was feeling strange that night he started to think of one of his friends Ian.

Kevin had feelings for Ian, but he thought it was wrong. The only person he had ever told this to was his best friend Jason Wise. The two guys made it to the counter at the food court and grabbed their food, Kevin padded Jason's back to get his attention and leaned in a bit "Hey man, member when I talked to you about Ian a couple months back? I'm gonna go talk with him when we go sit back down." Kevin had said soft spokenly so only Jason could hear. Jason looked at him dead in the eyes, smiled and teased him about it.

They sat back down and started eating, Kevin looked over to his right, it was Ian McKinley. Ian was playing a shooting game while Erin Ulmer stood beside him cheering him on. "Now that's something worth putting in the year books!" Kevin had shouted while pointing at Ian, Jason and the rest of the group stood up and looked to where Kevin was pointing. Ian didn't know Kevin was talking about him but Erin did, she tugged Ian's sleeve and Ian turned to the table with an annoyed expression.

"What the hell do you want Kev?" Ian had shouted at Kevin, a buzz went off. Ian had lost the game he was playing, making him even more annoyed, then he started to approach their table."I just thought you looked cute enough to be in the year book" Kevin remarked while approaching Ian McKinley, Ian's face went pink with a flustered expression.

"But I actually have to tell you-" Kevin looked over at his best friend, Jason nodded and gave him a thumbs up "Uh, I have to talk to you about something." Ian started to play with his fingers and looked over at Erin "Um, yeah sure what the hell make it quick." The two guys walked off together into the park.
"So, is there anywhere we can talk privately?" Kevin had asked, Ian responded "We're in a theme park, I honestly don't think we're going to find anywhere private." Kevin proposes the idea of going to talk in the back of a carnival game, Ian agreed. They found a random carnival game that wasn't in use and went to the back of it, "SO!" Kevin blurted then started to chuckle.

Kevin: "Yeah! So that, uh THING! I'm supposed to tell you!
Ian: "Uh, yeah hurry up, come on I don't got-"
Kevin: "I LIKE YOU!
Kevin had cut off Ian and shouted at his face, Ian had asked "What? So you like me? Like like like?" Kevin started to respond in a trembling voice " It's so weird alright, I've liked you for a while but I thought it was wrong, but since it's grad night I thought I'd tell you. We can still be-" Kevinwas cut off to Ian pulling him by the jacket and kissing him. Kevin had let it happen for a couple seconds until Ian pulled himself away. "Okay I get it, you don't know how long I've waited for this. Took you long enough to say something." Ian had said softly while desperately trying not to make eye contact.Kevin chuckled and held Ian's cold hands
Kevin: "I like you, I really do, but we're both guys. What if Carrie, Wendy or-"
Ian: "who cares what other people think!"
Ian once again cutting off Kevin, two both stood there holding each other's hands while looking at each other's eyes. Kevin was worrying less and started to calm down. Kevin leaned in and kissed McKinley. After a few minutes passed but what seemed like hours, Kevin leaned back, his face was bright red and had a huge smile.

Kevin: "I feel better, I loved that."
Ian: "wow Kev, went lovey dovey real quick."
Kevin put his hands on Ian's shoulders and started to kiss his cold neck for a bit. The both of them were so comfortable with each other's presence, they were so happy they didn't want this to end. Kevin stopped and said "we should get going, the group is gonna wonder where we are" Kevin grabbed Ian's hand and the both of them started walking close with one another.
