We get to the restaurant and Larry is there before us.

"Mariya! How are you feeling this morning?" He asks as I sit at a table.

"I am great, Mr. Carter. Thank you. I do apologize for falling asleep on you."

"You are perfectly fine. I just want you to be healthy and happy." He smiles kindly.

"I am. I just have trouble sleeping sometimes."

"Working twelve hour shifts don't help." He paused for a moment then talked to Greg. "Gregory, we have two interviews to do today. A young lady and a young man...."

They started discussing the responsibilities and applicants.

I text Kat Kat.

To Kat:
Hey Kat! I'm sorry that we couldn't talk more yesterday. Hopefully I will start having more free time.

Then I text Mason.

To Mason:
Hey babe!thanks for taking care of me last night! You're awesome!

I get a response almost immediately from both.

From Kat:
You're good, Yaya! You at work?

To Kat:
Yep! Until ten.

From Mason:
I will always be more than happy to take care of you!

From Kat:
Come for dinner tomorrow. I'll invite Mason too.

To Kat:
Sounds like a great plan! 😊

To Mason:
Kat said that she wants us over for dinner tomorrow. She will be asking you.

From Mason:
  So... should I accept?

To Mason:
   I did. Well I gotta go for now. Later

From Mason:
  Later, sweetheart!

  I put my phone in my pocket as Tony and his girls came in.

  "Well! I guess this means that Gregory is here some where." Tanya said snidely.

  "Yeah. They are never far apart. Like they're connected at the hip or something." Pam added.

  They are always trying to be nasty towards everyone. But only when they think that they are unsupervised.

  "Kinda like you two yesterday in the break room for four hours?" Larry spoke from behind them. Both girls jumped and turned to face him. "Sit down and get quiet. You three have been holding up the meeting. You might want to take notes."

  "Yes sir!" They sat down and were red faced. It was hilarious!

   "Tony! Follow me." Larry turned and went across the floor where Greg was standing and looking at the schedule. Greg marked something out and made a note. I saw that Tony didn't like that at all.

  The three were talking for a few minutes. Tony really wasn't a happy man now.

  "I wonder what they are talking about over there." Bryan said as he sat beside me. Chad was on his other side.

  "Its going to be awesome!" I tell them.

  "Tony doesn't look happy. That is worth coming in early." Chad added. "How are you feeling, Mariya?"

  "I'm good! I hope you weren't worried about me." I answer. He was the cook yesterday while I ran the floor alone.

  "Gregory told us that you were just exhausted. Did you get some sleep?" Chad replied.
