Enhanced strength: Izuku's Physical Muscles have been Enhanced
Enhanced agility: Izuku's speed and reflexes have been augmented to be quicker
Enhanced flexibility: his muscles have been augmented to increase flexibility
Summon: Izuku can summon the sword to his hand at will (when not summoned the sword is stored inside of Izuku)
Area awareness: Izuku knows the surroundings of a 30 yard space, as well as how many people are Inside of it.
Battle awareness, Izuku is able to keep a calmer mind during battle, and analyze situations quicker.
Battle reflex: his body can move on its own due to reflex (Rare occurrence, works like when spiderman automatically responds to his spider sense)
Enhanced senses: 3 of his senses (smell, sight, and sound) have been enhanced to E rank quirk status.
In this story quirks are divided into 7 ranks
S being AFO level
A being OFA level
B being Bakugo/shoto level
C Being Uraraka level
D being Hagakure level
E being Inko level (I love her but its the truth)
F being Quirkless level.
