Jesse's POV
"Get ready kids, we're on our way to the restaurant", I said as Liam came running at me with Laina in his arms
"We're ready!", Liam said as I chuckled
"Aren't you having a hard time carrying your sister?", I asked Liam as he shook his head 'no'
"Sure?", I asked as he nodded
"Alright then", I said as I patted his head
"Let's go", I said as we all walked to my car as they both sat on the back
"Seatbelts on", I said as Laina mumble a small 'oki' as I smiled at this
As we were driving there Liam kept on talking about how excited he was on meeting his friend
"Calm down buddy", I said as Laina laughed
y/n's POV
"Hey girlie!", Abby greeted as I laugh at them
"Heyy! How are you guys?", I asked as I sat down beside Priya who looked like she just got out of bed
"Priya- oh my gosh, what happened to you", I asked as I quickly fixed her hair as she smiled at me
"The thesis are killing me", Priya said as I laughed
"I see", I said as I continued to fix Priya's hair with her smiling thankfully at me
"So, what are we eating?", I asked as Miriam placed a menu in front of me
"Let's just get the Family Meal for 6!", Miriam said as I nodded
"Sure, I'm good with that", I said as we looked at the rest
"Sure, but please add some extra potato chips", Tyler said as we all looked at him confused
"What!? They serve it", Tyler said showing us as Mei nodded
"He's right", Meilin said as we all nodded and decided that I should tell the waiter our order
I raised my hand waiting for someone to assist me
"By the wayyy, how are you and Tae Young?", Meilin teased as I smiled at her softly
"Erm, good..?", I said as I looked towards the not so crowded tables
I couldn't say that it's going great, not after what happened in the pet cafe
A little flashback I see
ALL THE KOREAN ARE TRANSLATED CUZ I CAN'T SPEAK KOREAN LOL
"Here have some of my cake-", Tae Young was cut off when someone entered the cafe pushing the doors a bit too forcefully
"Tae Young.", a soothing voice said as Tae Young dropped the fork he was holding
"어머니(mother)...", Tae Young said as his eyes widened
"You dare speak to me in Korean now that I'm in front of you?", Tae Young's mom said as she walked towards us
"내가 널 위해 고른 여자들 중에서 네가 고른 거야.(out of all the girls i choose for you, her, you chose her.)", Tae Young's mom said as Tae Young looked at her mom emotionless
"엄마, 내가 그녀를 사랑한다고 몇 번이나 말해야 합니까?(mom, how many times do i have to tell you that i love her?)", Tae Young said as his mom scoffed
"그녀요?(her?)", His mom said in a disbelief tone before laughing
I sat there confused as Tae Young glared at his mother
"어떻게 그런 사람을 사랑할 수 있어요!? 태영아, 그 여자는 정말 아무것도 아냐!!!(how can you love someone like her!? Tae Young, she's a nobody!!!)", his mom suddenly screamed as I flinched
"엄마! 어떻게 그런 말을 할 수 있어요!?(mom! How can you say such things!?)", Tae Young said raising his voice as his mom's eyes widened
"이건... 이게 당신이 그녀에게서 배운 것입니다.(This... This is what you learn from her, from a nobody.)", his mom said as Tae Young looked at her confused
"Wha-", Tae Young was cut off when his mom suddenly turned to me
"I don't want you anywhere near my son again. Do you understand!? I let him date you because his father said so. But now his father isn't here and is in Korea.", His mom said as I was so confused
"W-what", I said heartbroken as Tae Young caught my eyes as he stood up catching his mom's attention
"You can't tell her what to do! Ma, I'm a grown up now! I can distinguish what's wrong and what's right-", Tae Young was cut off
"You can't.", his mom said before looking intently in his eyes
"할 수만 있다면, 수년 전에 이 아무도 혼자 남겨두고 왔어야 했어.(Cause if you can, you should've left this nobody here all alone years ago.)", Tae Young was then grabbed by some men as I stood up, shocked
"I'll talk to him, thank you. Also, please remember to stay away from him", his mom said as I breath out before walking in front of Tae Young's mom
"You are in no position to tell me what to do", and with that I grabbed my things and left

"y/n? Hey you there? The waiter is here", Miriam said as I looked at the guy
