Disclaimer: To those of you Cookie Run fans reading this- just know that this is a book that I have written before I joined CRK and sometimes I update it because I want to and I am rewatching Ninjago cause it's my favorite TV show.

3rd POV
Morro flinched as he said that, eyes widening in shock as he said it. "Come again?" He asked putting an ear near Lloyd. "Mom's...here..." He spoke before gasping and almost choking on himself. Morro was quick to tend to him and calm his pain all the while silently wandering his mind. Mom's here? He asked himself, how could she be here? Then he remembered that his mother was the 'Lady Iron Dragon' a ninja...even Garmadon's forces wouldn't be able to spot her. After he soothed his brother down he slammed the door open. "GUARDS!" Morro yelled as two guardsmen went over to him. "We have an intruder! Search every room, hall and area of this place! Do not leave an inch unturned!" Morro ordered the guards merely said no word and agreed to his command, spreading the word to the other guards.

Meanwhile Koko was searching the warroom with little to no luck. "We searched everywhere, nothing about his plans, only Garmadon's...the former general 1 spoke. Koko sighed in defeat. "Looks like we're not getting anything out of this run...let's head back and regroup..." Koko ordered, the Mayor and the Former General nodded before Claire entered the room. "Not clear! Not clear! They know we're here!" Claire whispered panicking. Koko's eyes widened on how her son found out. "Hide! Anywhere that isn't visible!" Koko ordered.

The guards began to search the warroom leaving no stone unturned just as Morro had ordered. They searched the room and found nothing. Morro entered the room. "Well?" Morro asked concerning the situation. "Not here sir!" One of the guards spoke. "Must be in another room, search the filing area!" Another guard spoke as they left the room. Morro gritted his teeth. "Where are you mother?" Morro asked himself, unbeknownst to him, his mother and her friends were on the roof desperately clinging to the grapples. "I was sure you'd go here...this is the best filing room I have..." He remarked, opening the chest and checking the files...

"You know...I usually place my files in numerical order...not alphabetical."

Koko's eyes widened, shit- he knows.

"So...if you were here recently...and had the time to arrange the files alphabetically...then..." Morro said creepily. Then looked up as all of them stared back in fear. "Found you..."

"Fight!" Koko ordered dropping from the roof and beginning to attack her son, before being blown away.

"You know you stand no chance against me, Mother!" Morro spoke blowing them out of the room. "I may not have Elemental Powers, but it doesn't matter! This has gone too far son!" Koko spoke, pulling out her blade, which gave her the ability to deflect elemental powers. "Why did you leave him? You promised you'd stay behind! Why?" Morro yelled as he pulled another gust of wind causing the others to separate from Koko. "I had to! I knew what the war did to you! I knew that it killed you, because Garmadon raised you, I had to give a normal life for Lloyd!" Koko explained using her blade to aimlessly cut through air. "NORMAL LIFE?! Mother, he lived through HELL! Everyone knew who he was, and everyone hated him because of what Dad did! How would he have a normal life?!" Morro yelled throwing Koko into another room. "He and I are sons of the evil Lord Garmadon! Evil runs through our veins! Why would anyone think differently?!" Morro yelled ushering in another gust of wind, as Koko's heart saddened. She knew deep down, that Morro was right...after hearing the crowd speak of him, and hearing complaints by neighbors, workmates and friends, she knew Lloyd had a really hard time in his life... "I know...I just thought..." Koko spoke, but cut herself off as she couldn't find an explanation for herself. Then on, Morro stopped for a moment. "Did you not care? Were we unimportant? Not good enough?" Morro asked slightly tearing up, as much as he had malice, it was to hide his hidden love for his mother...he never truly hated her, he knew she was trying her best but...was she the same? "Don't say that! Of course, I loved you both! I know how hard it was for the both of you and I should've thought sooner but..." Koko explained as she trailed off, finding it difficult to find an explanation. Morro waited for an explanation, knowing how difficult it is to earn one... "I punished myself...after you died...I couldn't forgive myself...so I gave in to this life...I never meant to hurt Lloyd in the process..." She explained her truth...Morro believing her...she was telling the truth...her eyes spoke it. And he understands...she was his Mother...she was supposed to protect him from the battlefield, not send him into it...she loved him, she loved Lloyd...but...

She didn't handle it well...it's no excuse..

"I'm sorry..." Morro worded out as he let out another gust of wind that pushed Koko back into a wall, knocking her unconscious. He sighed as he looked towards her...he had a job to finish...and he wasn't going to let anyone, not even his Mother, hold him down. "Guards!" He yelled as the guards came to. "Throw her with Wu! And find the others!" Morro ordered as the Guards complied, the Captain being disappointed that this mission has failed...

It's silent...
How long has he been in here?
He's bored...
His reflections seem too...
He decides to sleep if off...

He waits until his guide comes...

He wonders what his guide may look like though? Unless it is one that lives in the realm of the living...

Either way...he waits...
