I charged at Zig, who sidestepped and kicked me in the lower back. I cried out and pivoted, then punched Zig with a left hook. He ducked but I was ready with my knee which got him in the throat. He quickly recovered and blasted me off of the building. I teleported up above Zig and landed on his head. I heard a snap but he got up. I yelled as he charged at me. We smashed into each other and became locked in each other's arms. We each pushed against each other until he knocked me over. I got up and used my optical lasers to daze him and then I foot sweeped him and knocked him off the building. Zig flew up but I used a code as CEO of GodCorp to disable his suit. He fell to the ground. I teleported down to find Zig dead. I left the scene before anything could happen.
It's a year later, after that event. The event that created my alias, Godfall. Sure, I'm still Godfall, protecting my city, which was named God Rise in my honour. Sure, Alfred Hughes is presumed dead. But Godfall is here. To protect us.
