Chapter 4

After Kiyomasa was beaten by the Black Dragons leader himself, a few days later rumors starts to spread. And these rumors will surely reach Tokyo Manji 

Rumors of how Kiyomasa made the dumbest mistake in his life. 

The Black Dragons used to be top dogs back in the days, but after the first leader stepped down, it slowly went down hill. If someone were to asked why and how it happened, well they would tell you it started with the 8th generation president 

Kurokawa Izana, he was feared by all of Black Dragons and other gangs in his generation and even until now some would cower in fear by his name 

Some would call him a monster, others a great leader. Kurokawa Izana the person who doesn't show any mercy to those who defy him. He his more brutal towards traitors. He was the strongest leader of the Black Dragons that was until that title was taken by someone much more worthy

"Sorry I called you all here so late...Eh? Where are the others?" Takemichi called all the captains and vice captains of the Black Dragons 

"Well...after the fight between Golden Lotus....they left" 

"Hm I see, let's get to know each other!  My name is Hanagaki Takemichi, This place is my brother's workshop! Well used to be that is..." The others sat down on the chair or the couch 

"Kawada Mizaki Fifth division captain! If you don't mind me asking commander, where is your brother now?" 

"Oh! Your the one who told me about the Golden Lotus! Yea just call me by my name okay? No need to be so formal. And as for your question, I have absolutely no idea where my big bro is. But one thing for sure is he's alive out there and he'll come back one day"

Takemichi was lost in thought for a while now that his first, third, fourth, sixth division captain and vice captain left he needs a replacement for them 

"Anyways the reason I called you all out here is because I would like you to meet our new member! You can come in now!" 

Someone with a mask and was in a black dragons' uniform they walked to Takemichi's side 

"My name is Kawaragi Senju! Let's all work together from now on!" Bowing slightly 

Takemichi puts a hand on her shoulder "she's going to be fifth division captain from now on! Kawada-kun you'll be leading fourth division. Any more questions?" 

There are two things that shocked them 1. That new person is a female, and 2. She's already a one of the main pillars of the Black Dragons

"WHAT!?" Kawada, Taiju, and Kokonoi said in union "Also Taiju you'll be sixth division's new captain!" 

"Now then....I just have to fine someone who can lead the first and third division"

While Black Dragons' is having their meeting. Another group known as Tokyo Manji Gang or Toman was having their own meeting. Tho this meeting is only for the founding members

"Everyone one here?" Mikey questioned

Draken nodded "yeah, everyone's here" 

"I called this meeting for only one reason. As you all have heard there are rumors about the new generation of the Black Dragons"
