Ever since the devastating 'nightmare' Dean has been extremely overprotective, not to mention he's been showering me with gifts.

Yes, Dean Winchester, the badass monster slayer, is showering me with various candies, pies, and toys.

Although, I believe he's doing this to overcompensate for the fact that he can't protect me from everything. What I mean is that Dean cannot beat or defeat the problems within me, and I think he's come to somewhat of an understanding.

Castiel has come by a few times, still unable to figure out how exactly I came back. The only thing he was sure of is that it didn't have to do with an angel, which I guess isn't too great.

So the boys and I were stuck in a rut. We Couldn't figure out anything, and Sam and Dean decided to cease their hunting for awhile to make sure nothing happens to me.

"Wanna head to the diner down the street, kido?" Sam smiled Dean following behind.

"Sure, why not. There's not much else to do 'round here" I sigh and follow the boys to the impala.

After a silent car ride, we finally reached the small, greasy, restaurant.

"Carson and I will grab a seat, Sam you order." Dean spoke scoping out the small, desolate, place.

"Actually, I have to use the bathroom" I say, and Dean looked unsure.

He grabbed my shoulder and looked me in the eye "please be careful"

"Dean, I'm going to the bathroom, not Russia" I say sarcastically.

"It wouldn't be the first time we lost you in a diner" Dean sighed.

"It'll be okay. I'm a big girl, dude" I say turning on my heels making my way to the bathroom.

On the way, I passed a table with what looked to be a couple who eyed me quite suspiciously.

Never the less, I used the restroom.

After exiting, I heard a voice. "You're the girl" the woman who was watching me early with her husband behind her.

"I'm the who?" I ask, gulping.

"You're the girl who was all over the news!" She sighed.

"I apologize, you must have the wrong person" I say, looking over her shoulder at Dean who was shoving a hamburger down his throat.

"No, I'm sure. You're from Kansas. Your mother was mysteriously murdered and the daughter was nowhere to be found. The cops searched everywhere for you, but never found you" the husband spoke, wide eyed.

"Uh, no, not me" I lie, looking to Dean who had yet to notice me.

"Don't lie, are you okay? Were you kidnapped?" The woman took me in for an awkward hug.

"Mam, I AM NOT WHO YOU THINK I AM" I said a bit louder, catching Dean's attention. The couple looked to Dean who had gotten up.

"Has he kidnapped you? You don't have to lie to us. We know what it's like to lose a daughter to a kidnapping." She hurried up and whispered to me.

"Is there a problem" Dean asked.

"Uh- n- no" the man breathed "just talking to your sweet-sister?"

"Daughter." Dean corrected and the mother looked towards me.

"Yes well, we should be going" Dean smiled falsely, and brought me back to our table.

"What was that about?" He asked talking a sip of his drink.

"I-uh- Dean?" I ask.

"What's up, kid?" He responded looking quite concerned.

"Why did you not tell me I was all over the news?"
