Putrid air fills the night, a breeze whispers I do
Cushions littered the room of love
Noir hair spills from beneath the crimson stained sheet
Pale hands outreach throwing down black petals

A face through damp tangles whispering I do
My lover from afar did not care
Our marriage vows lost in midair
The  memories of lost love where but a flicker of a candle

Silent footsteps resonate about the staircase
Pearl embroidered dress kept upon the victorian bed
From the vanity the lover brushed my hair
Rekindling that love, the flames consumed the air
