Chapter 1

Bakugou is a singer known as groundero around the world he has had multiple grammy awards and various other music awards however no one has seen his face... ever and no one knows his really name

His mother loved it she got all the money she could ever want while still being about to do whatever she wanted to her son

Bakugou has always enjoyed singing it was his favourite thing to do but when his mother heard him she thought it was annoyingly good and thought she could make money off of it and she did more than she ever thought she would

Bakugou at first thought that this would make his mother love him more and it did for awhile but once bakugou's career took of it went back to like before but worse but bakugou couldn't do anything about it

Now ground zero is the number one singer in the world and he is only 18 he goes to the hero school U.A but his mother would never let him be a hero but she let him so it would be less suspicious about him being the number one singer

The class did find it suspicious that bakugou would disappear once in a while but it wasn't that often as he recorded and wrote most of his songs at home or now that he lives in the dorms in his dorm room

The only person at U.A that knows his real identity is nezu who lets him use the music recording studio when he can't leave campus to do it at his normal studio and bakugou preferred doing at school as he didn't have his mother breathing down his neck about his every mistake

Right now Ground zero is doing an interview with present mic on his radio show he does as a side job to heroing

"So ground zero from your height you must be rather young to be a professional singer so how old exactly are you?" the voice hero asks the masked singer "i am 18 old sir i know i am rather short for my age but there's nothing i can do about it unfortunately" the singer responds with his voice being changed a little

"Wow sorry i was expecting you to be like 10!! I'm sorry if that sounds rude, little lisner!!" the presenter shouts making bakugou giggle "it's okay i get mistaken for a kid a lot even with my mask off" the singer responds giggling

"Another mass asked the question,'' What is your quirk? Everyone assumes that it is a voice quirk as you have such an angelic singing voice!" present mic asks the singer really enjoying the time he was spending with him normally these types of interview are really boring as the singers are stuck up and self centred but not ground zero

"Well i do have a voice changing quirk but it doesn't work when i sing so the singing is all me" ground zero says smiling to the presenter who is sitting in shock opposite him causing him to giggle

"Wow ... ummm... well that's... very impressive are you using your quirk now?!" the producer asks still not over the shock of finding out that the person sat in front of him sings like an angel and a devil and it is all natural

Ground zero nods "as you obviously have guest i would like to keep my identity a secret so i change my voice so no one who knows me personally can't guess" the singer explains to which the presenter nods understanding

The interview goes on like that mic asking questions and the pair having a lot of fun just chatting and getting to know eachother even singing a song or two together and after 3 hours the show was finished and the two was still sat in the recording booth talking and mic is even helping with his next song

"Okay okay try singing it!" mic says excited he has never wrote a song before even if it is just helping someone else do it ground zero nods and giggles at his new friends excitement and starts to sing the verse they have just wrote

You should know I'll be there for you" he says mic sitting their humming along a tune to go with the lyrics when the two hear clapping coming from the doorway and they both blush in embarrassment at being caught

"That's really good!" the purple haired kid named shinso says shocking himself as he doesn't really like that kind of music and he doesn't talk in front of people he doesn't know but it makes his parents smile at him along with ground zero who has noticed the purple haired kids lack of talking at school

"Thank you, that is really nice, it is mostly mr. mics lyrics and tune and it is really good i would have never thought of it!!" he says genuinely excited and loving the lyrics his teacher helped him write

The family laughed and made their way upstairs and offered ground zero to stay for dinner "that's very generous of you but i can't really eat with this on" he says pointing to his mask and giggling

The three looked rather embarrassed at forgetting that he can't take the mask off in front of them "sorry" they said in unison the singer giggled again and shrugged it off it happens quite a lot

"It's okay don't worry about it it's fine happens quite often so i don't mind but i do need to be going my manager is gonna kill me for being late" the singer says giving a nervous laugh before heading to the door and waving goodbye to the family

He gets into the car that has been waiting for him in front of the house for more than six hours now so he apologises to the driver that had to wait all that time just so he can mess around with the presenter after the show

"It is fine master zero" the driver says and bakugou groans at the name he was called his mother makes all of the people working for him 'master zero' and the only reason she forces them to is because she knows he hates it but he just smiles at the driver and they are on their way home
