"So, tell me how is, everything?" Caroline asked excitedly as she turned around towards Seraphina, who was currently handing out pamphlets for the Comet.

The two of them were standing outside of the Mystic Grill, Elena and Bonnie had taken to going to the Town Square so they were stuck in the same Grill as always.

Hearing her words, Seraphina quickly turned over to a confused look on her face, before letting out a light smile when she saw how excited Caroline seemed to be.

"What, what do you mean everything?" Seraphina asked confused as she glanced at the person in front of her, who she gave a bright smile to as she handed them a pamphlet.

"You, Stefan," Caroline said lowly as she walked over to her, before raising her eyebrows both questioning and suggestively. "Elena?"

"Stefan's just a friend," Seraphina said as she looked down at the pamphlets shaking her head her ears turning a light pink. "my best friend."

"You're just going to give up on him like that," Caroline asked confused as she started using her hands to portray her words, moving them into a tossing motion. "just going to toss him over to Elena."

"I'm not tossing, there is no tossing," Seraphina said shaking her head slowly, before she started explaining her thoughts, shrugging her shoulders. "I just-they'd make a cute couple."

Even though she had said it out loud, Seraphina didn't believe any of the words that came out of her own mouth, she didn't have enough respect for Elena to even think of her dating Stefan.

Although she hadn't admitted it to anyone, especially herself, Seraphina had a small crush on Stefan after laughing and smiling with him the other night on her ledge/roof.

"Yeah, so would a baby chicken and a dog," Caroline said holding up both of her hands, then mashing them together in a sign of combining the two things. "but you don't see that happening."

Seraphina couldn't help but glance between Caroline and the pamphlets nervously, picking at the edge of the paper, and shuffling them around in her hands.

"You know, I-I actually thought you were into Stefan," She stuttered out lightly, trying to sound as if she didn't care about the topic, even though she did. "at first."

"No, well yeah, but no," Caroline said back tracking her words, before shaking her head trying to get her train of thought back on track. "now I am totally on team Stefan + Seraphina."

At the end of her words, Caroline began having a thinking look on her face, causing Seraphina to squint her eyes at her before she realized what the girl was trying to do.

"Please don't come up with a-" She said lowly shaking her head, but was quickly cut off by Caroline suddenly squealing and jumping in her spot.

"St-eraphina or Sera-fan," Caroline said as she tried to come up with a couple of names for the two of them, but soon realized their names didn't go together correctly. "ugh, your names totally don't mix right."

"...couple nickname for us." Seraphina murmured continuing with her words, although she knew that Caroline had stopped listening to her.

"Oh my god, your last names," She said as if she had just had a breakthrough, suddenly gripping onto Seraphina's arms to stabilize herself. "Salvatore and Denoire, Salvat-oire."

(Pronounced kind of like Sal-va-tor-ie )

"That's just terri-" Seraphina said going to shoot down the new couple's name but saw the hopeful look on Caroline's face. "amazing, I fucking love it."

"Yay, I knew you would," Caroline said happily, as she let her go still bouncing in the same stop that she stood in. "so now dish, you, Stefan, Elena, what's happening?"

"Okay," Seraphina said suddenly after a small bead of silence, finally finding a topic that she knew Caroline would like to discuss. "so you know the other day when Elena was talking about her and Stefan talking and staying up all night together?"

"Yeah, you were like jealous right, I could totally tell by your facial expressions." Caroline said nodding her head, she could feel the animosity coming from Seraphina the entire time they were talking.

"No, I wasn't jealous, because it was like all a lie." Seraphina said motioning her hands to everything around them, causing Caroline to look at her completely shocked.

"What?" She asked both shocked and confused before excitement started to show on her face as she started to register Seraphina's words.

Although she was very close friends with Elena, she did think the girl needed to be knocked down a peg or two, Elena had always been just a bit self-righteous; at least to Caroline, she was.

"The other day, after coming back from the hospital with Matt," Seraphina started to explain simply, a smile coming over her face as she thought back to what had happened. "Stefan had come to my place, you know how there's a little ledge outside my window right?"

"Yeah totally, we stargazed on it a few days after you gave me that cute bag," Caroline said nodding her head, totally engrossed in the story, before her train of thought switched to another track. "which I still totally love, it is so cute and I have like 4 outfits that I can pair with i-"

"Care-Bear, focus," Seraphina said grabbing the girl's forearms, pulling her to look down into her eyes as she nodded her head. "we had sat on it for most of the night, and we just talked and talked, and it was like the cutest most romantic thing ever."

Seraphina couldn't help but gush, a love-struck look on her face as she thought back to their conversations and the laughs they shared throughout most of the night.

"Wait so Elena, was like totally lying," Caroline asked her simply, causing Seraphina to nod her head before Caroline continued with her words. "to our faces," Once again Seraphina nodded her head, although Caroline continued. "and you knew the entire time?!"

Caroline's last words came out loudly, as she watched Seraphina nod her head with a small smile on her face, she had finally been able to tell someone about what had happened.

"Did she know you knew?" Caroline asked with a light gasp, she was so close to laughing, this was probably the juiciest piece of gossip she had in a while.

"I don't think so, or she wouldn't have said it all in front of me if she knew, I knew she was lying." Seraphina said shaking her head seriously, holding the pamphlet up to her chest.

"So wait Elena's fantasy late night talk, ended with no smut at all," Caroline asked slowly as she pointed behind her as if she was pointing at Elena, then pointing at Seraphina. "and your real late night talk, also had no smut at all?!"

"You really going to lock on to that whole smut thing huh?" She asked pursing her lips as she looked away from her friend, not wanting to discuss her sex life with her.

"I have like no sex life, so I have to live vicariously through you guys now." Caroline said seriously, motioning towards Seraphina who was slightly uncomfortable.

"What happened to that mystery guy you were with the other night?" Seraphina asked just as seriously, motioning back to the Grill where Caroline supposedly met the guy.

"What you think I'm just going to give out the first time I meet a hot random stranger?" She asked chuckled slightly shocked, that Seraphina had even suggested that she would do something like that.

"I'm not having this conversation," Seraphina said shaking her head, before turning away from Caroline before she walked away from Caroline. "I do not see this going my way."

"Phina, I was just joking," Caroline said as she watched Seraphina walk away, the girl's eyes widening as she started speeding up a bit. "wait up!"
