Power: I'm sure you're confused, power? Backstory: Born on March 29th, Leo is the last of the Lionhearts after the wall was busted open in Shiganshina, he survived because he was visiting Hange and Levi, his best friends as a kid, he was 10 then, when the news came, he was broken, his family gone and him alone, that's when he was accepted into the 104th's training corps as he began to become a survey corp soldier, fast forward 5 years later, Eren Yeager, who seemed to be able to turn into a titan was placed under the care of Levi Ackermann, Leo interacted with this anomaly and spoke to him about the rules he needs to follow, later on, he became part of his circle, beginning his adventure in this world

Quirk Name: Huī wǎng/ Ash Webs
Quirk Description: An unlikely but perfect combination, Ash Webs uses Angel's blood cells and stamina to activate, the blood cells turn webs, making them a dark red, the dust can come from anywhere, but the one best controlled is the one she generates. By combining the two, she can make dark red webs that can not only confuse their target but also severely injure them for the webs she creates are sharp but will only last for around 20 minutes, anything beyond that will cause her to be Anemic and not have enough red blood cells to function, causing dizziness and extreme exhaustion. It's a duality quirk (similar to Todoroki's Fire and Ice) One can work without the other, making it even more versatile for secrecy and distractions. She can only create gaseous type ashes.
