I wake up rocking from side to side.
I scramble up.
"I wouldn't do that if I was you, he'll get ya"
I look up, seeing a relatively young boy, who would be around the same age as my brother now.
"What are you talking about? Where am I?" I demand
"Chill. I'm not supposed to talk to you, my master said so."
"Master" I burst out laughing. He remains steady, but appeared bothered by that comment
"I didn't choose this, you did."
"What? I don't even know who you are. Trust me, I didn't choose for you to be a slave."
He started walking away. Either he didn't hear my comment, or chose to ignore it in which surprised me, but I didn't question it.
