Brooklynn asked as Camille stretched her arms above her head before they quickly dropped back to her sides feeling the ache coming back instantly with a painful exhale escaping her lips,
"Like I just had...acu...acupuncture with swords that were...coated in poison..." She reached a weak hand upwards feeling the bandage underneath her clothes as her fingers trailed across it,
Another scar added to the tally.
"walking stick..?" Kenji asked as he shyly held the girl's baseball bat, Camille smiled up at him and graciously took it from the boy,
Yasmina had a look of relief on her face, though so did everybody else as this caused Camille to smile brightly at Brooklynn and Yasmina in front of her before the three looked up to Darius who was taking a good look at the sky above,
"Let's get to the boat while there's a break in the storm," Darius said as he turned back to face the others taking a kneel to grab a bag on the floor,
"What about the Scorpios rex?" Brooklynn said as she placed her hand on her knee, twisting to look at Darius with concern on her face.
"We have to risk it. We might not get another chance.." He started with a saddened look on his face but his voice was certain upon the idea.
Everybody split off to begin repacking the supplies to get moving but Yasmina never left Camille's side as the girl took a moment to recollect herself,
"Alright...we need to get moving too..." Camille croaked out as she pushed herself to her feet with her bat, using the post behind her to inch her way up.
Yasmina kept her hands out ready to make sure she didn't harm herself further but Camille's legs were still shaky and her head began to whirl as she leaned back against the post with a thump while her free hand latched onto Yasminas,
