It's been a long time since Dream and Nightmare got together, they told everyone that they decided to make a truce so everyone can live happily. But not everyone.. Dream always got hurt by Nightmare just to get Nightmare stronger. Nightmare always 'apologize' to Dream but it's all just a lie. Dream always cover up his scars when meeting up with his friends, making Nightmare feeling mad about it, So everytime Dream got home, Nightmare gives him a 'punishment' for not telling him about it.
Dream always kept thinking of breaking up with Nightmare but since Nightmare can read minds, he always tries to maybe kill Dream. After Dream apologize, Nightmare pretends like nothing happened. That one time Dream tries to escape, Nightmare caught him and forcefully have sex with Dream. 
"You're never going to leave me." 
Nightmare said.
