Nandini's pov
"What?" I was shocked, how can this happen
I tried opening my eyes but it was really difficult
"You think I will leave you so easily? You got to know the truth about us, You think I will trust you with your fake setting of this ghost thing? If he is really here then why isn't he responding? And the most important thing he left me? Alive? Hahahaha that was when I understood your plan" she was blabbering
"Manik" I called him out with great difficulty.
I gestures him to come close to me while he did
"Can you touch me?" I asked in his ear
He held my hand, my face to check
"Yes I can"
"Then help me stand" I said again in his ear
He held my hand helping me to stand up. I held the same vase which she thrown on the floor
"Hold my hand" I said him and he did
She turned around listening my voice but before she could do anything. I beaten it on her head. She fell down
"And I will make sure to not leave you"
"But she is not dead?" He said
I sat beside her
"She will die"
I held her neck in my hand tightly. Am I going to kill her?
"Nandini you won't be able to do this" he said
I closed my eyes tightly, I will do. He put his hand on mine giving a force on it.
After of a while I checked her nerve, her breathe, she was dead.
"Nandini, this should look like an accident" he said
"I know" Saying so I stood up
"Help me with this" I said holding the book shell
"What are you doing?" he asked
"This will look like an accident" I said and he nodded
He helped me throwing the shell on her and this was it. Finally her chapter is closed
"Let's go" I said
He held my shoulder so that I won't fall. I somehow managed to come back home.
He made me lay down properly siding my hairs. He was having a concern on his face
"The doctor has said to not take tension, you can't pressure your head ok?" He said while I smiled
"I know Manik I have listened everything and this is the 5th time you are telling me this I understood" I said
"Yeah yeah whatever" he said
He came close to my face caressing my cheek he was looking at me like, I don't know how to explain it was a different look
"What happened?" I asked
"Nothing, I am just wondering that how I am going to pay you back for what you have done for me. I just can't thank you enough Nandini. I never imagined that someone would do this for me" he said
"You are not someone, You are special for me and I am glad that I am able to help you"
He kissed my forehead, Ah this feeling!
"Still Thank you" he said and I smiled back
"Manik I want to talk about something" I said sitting up
"What it is?"
"There are somethings which are stuck in my mind. I have noticed very wired things today" I said
"Like what?" He asked siding my hairs from my face
"You know when I went to your mansion, There Was no one around like no one but When I was going to open the gate, an Old man appeared from I don't know where and he starts blabbering that Don't go inside or else he will kill you, you will never be able to come out" I said
"Yes he was right because I never let anyone stay in that house that is why and about that old man he was my security guard" he cleared
"Ok but there is one more thing"
"Now what?"
"When I entered inside there was no light not in mansion not in the garage as well. It was all dark that I had to use my phones torch but..."
"But?"
"When I open that cold freezer type thing where they kept you. It was cold and also the switch was on as like someone turned it on intentionally" I said
"You mean someone does it on purpose"
"Yes as like someone wants to hurt you" I said
"Wait wait, you mean someone know that I am here I mean I am back is this what you are trying to say?" He asked while I nodded
"Because You said it happened sometimes with you right?" he nodded "and you get back to normal after a day or 2, then why now it was for a whole month?"
"Because he got to know that I am behind Melisa"
"Exactly this is what I am saying, someone is aware about you he is keeping an eye on you" I said
He sighs
"We will get to know don't worry" He said
"Manik why you lost your power?" I asked
"It's nothing, this happens with me sometimes I will be normal by tomorrow" he said and I nodded "Now you should sleep, you must be tired" He said
"Can you sleep with me?" I asked
"Sure I can" he said
He lay down besides me taking me in his arms while I closed my eyes. He was caressing my hairs and I slept

I wake up and a smile appeared on my face as I felt him besides me. He is still here. I opened my eyes to see him sleeping. His hold on me was tight
I pecked his cheek, he moved in his sleep. I instantly closed my eyes
I can feel his breath on my face
"What are you doing to me?" His words made my heart beat faster and faster
He caressed my cheek for a long time before calling my name
"Nandini?" I snuggled more into him "Nandini wake up you're getting late for your college" he said
I slowly opened my eyes and smiled looking at him
"Good morning"
"Good Morning, wake up you are getting late" he said and I nodded "Go and freshen up I am waiting for you" he said
I stood up taking out my clothes from cupboard I went to the washroom but I step back
"Don't you dare sneak inside" I said And he chuckles
"Ok"
