Y/n's POV

later that day

Me and Johan were now laying in bed with his head being placed on my chest.
i was playing with his hair gently burrying my fingers in his golden hair locks.

"Y/n" the blonde's voice was gentle and calm.
it helped me to snap out of my thoughts.
"Yes darling?" i asked as he stood there motionless, still holding me tightly by my waist.

he looked at the portrait of himself.
It was drying from the freshly applied oils near the window of the bedroom.
the setting sun gently caressed the artwork with its faint rays.

his gaze moved to my direction.
the man's crystal blue eyes were now locked with my [e/c] ones.
his lips parted as he was about to say something, it looked he hesitated but it was too late to stop now.
"Remember when..i told you about the red rose Mansion burning down?"

"yeah?" i replied confused and my eyes were still locked with his in a long eye-contact.
"Well.. i was the one that set it on fire.." he continued while looking away, him being the first one who broke the eye-contact.
"Perhaps i regret my decision, since the painting of my mother was the only thing that helped me remember how she looks like..but there's no turning back now, i wanted to destroy everything that was at some point connected with me in the mansion. It was part of my mission. "

i stood there motionless, i won't lie, i admit that i felt deep sadness for him.
it was quite obvious he didn't have a normal childhood and his relationship with his mother wasn't the best, but.. it made me feel sorry for him.
Of course Johan doesn't want my pity, and it is quite obvious.
He just felt like he had to tell me about those things.

"Your relationship with your mother... what was it like?" my hand reached out towards his face as my warm palm was on his cheek stroking it with my thumb. Johan looked somewhere else, trying to remember the details of his mother's behavior towards him.

"I.. have a twin sister.. her name is Anna, today she chose to be known by the name Nina Fortner.. i remember my mother dressing me up as her. putting dresses on me, a wig - styled the exact same way Nina's hair was styled.." he muttered quietly and paused before continuing.

"my mother did all of this because she never really loved me for who i am. In fact, she loved my twin-sister more than me and if i wasn't dressed up as her, she wouldn't even look at me."

i felt my gaze soften.
there was a bitter feeling in my heart as i was listening to his words.
Johan deserved a better treatment, he deserves to be happy, like every other person.

i asked once again:
"And.. do you know where your mother is now?"

"im not sure, but an old friend of mine met her." he smiled slightly.
"He told me that she said she loved me very much.." johan paused again.

his deep eyes met mine as the energy and the atmosphere became a little tense.
the more dominant side of the man started to show up.

he fully layed my body on the bed, and he was now on top of me.
his face became more serious as his thumb gently rubbed my bottom lip.

Of course i couldn't help but blush slightly while he kept staring directly at me.

"...but i dont believe she does." he finished his sentence with a little noticeable disappointment in his tone.

Johan's soft lips met mine in a gentle but passionate kiss.

his tongue dancing along with mine, fighting for dominance.
i wasn't going to give up easily of course but it seems that my submissiveness is slowly getting all over my own body, meaning i was easier to control by Johan.

both of us felt the heat of hotness as we were exploring each other's bodies.
sadly our make out session was close to an end since we were out of breath.

we broke from the passionate kiss as he looked at me with his intense gaze.
"Y/n.." he whispered making me smile a little.
"Yes Darling?"
"i love you, dear." he pulled me closer in warm embrace.
i wrapped my arms around him and i let out a chuckle.

"i love you too, darling"
