Phantom isn't a hardass. Okay, maybe she's a little intense at times, and maybe she's sort of a control freak, but she isn't a hardass.

Being the best is a little more personal to her than her fellow guy. She's had a dream since she was a kid, and she's going to follow through with it, regardless of what her peers say, her superiors say, her parents say. Being the best isn't a want. It's not some silly, little game. Phantom needs to be the best, or God knows what will happen.

There have been times where she has hated her own sex, mistaken with the barriers that have been holding her sex back. There have been times where she has wished she were a man instead, or, better, if she never was in the first place.
