Once apart of One Direction - the boyband named by multiple critics as the Modern Day 'Beatles' - Harry Styles has already had a lifetime of fame, but the fame is only continue to grow. In this seasons Vogue magazine Styles brings to life a whole new genre of fashion - recycling or more likely upcycling - the age old debate of crocs. But don't you fear, the discussion has finally been put to rest with Styles announcing the launch of his new collection, and further ownership of the company. Styles said in a statement:
"I have always been interested in the idea of having creative control over multiple elements of the fashion industry (In relation to his launch of Pleasing in 2021) and I just think that this is the step that will push new norms into society".
With that being said, Styles has always been actively a part of the croc wearing community - with his first public appearance being made with his former bandmates in 2012 during a shopping trip to a Crocs shop - which caused teenagers and other self-proclaimed Directioners to spiral.
In this new field of ownership, Styles has said he wants a world where everyone can imagine them wearing these crocs no matter the life they live or the world they live in. It seems to me that it could be Styles' interpretation of a multiverse of crocs - I mean I personally wouldn't be complaining if I could see different Harry Styles wearing crocs in day-to -day life.... that something that will make sure your brain wonders.
