because you knew it wouldn't be enough.
i hope you looked into the mirror
thinking ‚what have i done?'
hating yourself
for punishing her for her kindness.
i hope you were watching her
seeing her hurting
because of how amused you used to be
about it.
i hope nobody
did to you what
you did to her
even though you would've deserved it.
