Octavia Virgil never felt like she belonged anywhere. She hated school, half the time she didn't even show up.
She lived by herself. Her parents kicked her out when she was 14. Since then she's lived in an apartment, having to get multiple jobs just so she could pay rent.
That all changed when she met Johnny Lawrence. She was looking for money and knocked on his door, asking if he had a job she could do for cash. He said no, not wanting to waste his time with kids and she left him alone.
That was until he saw her getting assaulted by an older man. Johnny beat his ass, welcoming Octavia into his home. And she's stayed with him since.
Octavia became friends with two boys named Eli and Hawk when she was younger, and their still friends to this day. Johnny didn't like it much, but that was just because he worried about her. Weather he admitted it or not.
Octavia never believed in fighting. She always thought it was a waste of time and it would just cause more trouble. Johnny changed that real quick. If you want something, you fight for it. That's what he taught her.
Strike first.
