CHAPTER 5--the invitation of our emperor

Anastacius pov:

Anastacius just looked at the ceiling and minding his business 'take the throne' Anastacius slid off the chair and jump at the couch "the throne, only the throne?"  

'Should I change the plan?' Anastacius thought but he doubt if it was going to be successful or not

"prince Anastacius" His nanny knocked on the door 

"yes?" he settled properly and looked at the door slowly taking the letter away from maria 

"an invitation arrived just a minute ago prince," maria said giving the letter and standing patiently waiting for the signal if she was going out of the office or not

Anastacius stared and walk back to his desk but he didn't take his eyes off maria making the nanny kind of uncomfortable, Anastacius looked at maria suspiciously 

what does he up to now, Anastacius didn't trust his nanny since he got reincarnated because he knows where Maria's loyalty was from the start. He knows that maria is a loyal dog of someone in or out of the palace but only anastacius know is not to trust anyone even if they died just for him

"invitation?" Anastacius looked at the letter and signed 

"from who" maria gave Anastacius a small golden knife to open the letter Anastacius looked at maria's hands and took the knife slowly 

 "it's from his emperor my prince" maria said and walked back to her position "is that so" Anastacius slowly opened the letter "well then you could go already, maria" 

"yes your highness" maria bowed and walked out of the office Anastacius didn't bother looking back at her

Anastacius slowly took the letter out and read it silently

"is that so?" anastacius said out loud still reading the letter "all right then"

'this is  not the part of the plan but let's keep going so no one will be suspicious of me' 

Anastacius stretched his hands up and yawned 

'let's think about it later he thought and went to the couch to have a small nap

Claude pov:

"an invitation from father, faith?" Claude excitedly looked at faith and looked to the letter faiths reading for him 

"yes your majesty" faith said with a flowery giggle to Claude

"then will the crown prince attend to" Felix ask with a sparkling eye making the two look at the redhead child that they didn't even know he was here with them 

Claude looked at Felix with big eyes trying to think what did he mean he looked back at faith and ask in curiosity "will brother go?" Claude asks, his heart is pumping fast like he's going to explode when he heard the crown prince 

faith smiled brightly trying to be positive, always 

"yes your majesty, I'm sure the crown prince will go because he's the first son, and it is directly from the emperor so I'm sure of it" faith said softly making the two-child excited 

"wow!!" both children said making faith laugh a little "I'm excited to see the crown prince," Felix beamed faith looked at him and patted his head "I'm sorry Felix my child but we are not allowed to come only Claude" faith said getting up and hiding the letter to Claude's books in the small desk where he always draws and learns 

"why tho" Felix looked with sad puppy eyes "we are not a part of the obelian family and we have a work to just serve them that's all" faith said and kissed Felix's forehead and patted Claude's head 

"servants aren't allowed to marry or have children they only need to do what they need to do that in the rules," faith said and walked away "mom?" Felix called to faith Claude looked at the scene and remain silent "then why-" faith looked at Felix with an angry look Felix look scared and went silent "your my mistake" faith whispered but she surely know Felix heard that faith smiled sadly and slowly closed the door "don't play to much go to bed early, alright" faith ask behind the door "okay' Claude said brightly excited for tomorrow 

"you alright Felix?" Claude ask to the redhead boy who is silent for 3 minutes straight "Felix looked at the prince and smiled "yes I'm fine ill get going now prince good night" Felix bowed respectfully and walked out 

but no one knew what Felix felt hearing those words from his mother they didn't know...
