" Sit still dray , for goodness sake !." Adhara grabbed both the blond's shoulder and sat him still
" But Addy what if I fail , what if people say I only got in because my fathe-" As Draco ramble , adhara cuts him off with a smack on his shoulders , rather hard too , Draco wince
" Now you listen to me Draco Lucius Malfoy , you have trained ever since you could ride a broom for this spot and now you've got the chances to proved them wrong by showing who you truly are that you love what you're doing , who cares what they think , if your happy then ignore those mindless gits and focus on your happiness , cause if you focus on what they say you truly will not know the true meaning of happiness and we're in this together , are we not ?." Adhara held out her hand , Draco eyed her hand and grinned , while he clutched his cousins hand and nodded
" Together cousin ."
They walked towards the pitch , clad in their sliver and green uniform , while clutching their new brooms , when they came face to face with the opposing team , Griffindor's
Their captain Wood , narrowed his eyes on the serpents Infront of him and crossed his arms
" Clear out, Flint! I booked the
pitch for Gryffindor today.!" He said , as his teammates nodded at his word while glaring
" Easy, Wood. I've got a note."
As Wood snatches the parchment from Flint's hand, while Ron andHermione come up to join the others , reading from Wood's back
" I , Professor Severus Snape, do
hereby give the Slytherin team
permission to practice today,
owing to the need to train their
new chaser and Seeker ." Wood's eyebrows rose in confusion and looked up " You've got a new chaser and Seeker? Who?."
On cue , the Slytherin made a way for their new recruits ,which was Adhara and Malfoy ,both head held up high
" Draco? And beautiful adhara ?." Potter uttered in disbelief , while shooting a wink to adhara , she scoffed
" That's right. And that's not all
that's new this year and Stop staring at my cousin or I'll poke your eyes out ."
As one, Adhara and the rest of the Slytherin team hold out their brand-new Nimbus two thousand ones . The Gryffindors look stunned , their eyes studied the broom in awe
" Those are Nimbus Two Thousand Ones , how'd you get those ?.." Ron shrieks , adhara rolled her eyes , as if that wasn't obvious enough
" Well of course , their new , haven't been released , My father knows the owner , they quite friends might I say , don't want playing quidditch with a broom that's been used now would I ." Adhara boost checking her perfectly shaped nails , Hermione scoffed as she studied the boys around her eyeing the girl with heart in their eyes
Draco on the other hand was both relieve and worried , he knows his cousin only said those words , inorder to protect him , they know that if Draco were to say those things he'd be the target in the upcoming events , and now his cousin will be the center of it all , it may have been part of the plan but still he worries for his cousin
" Well no one in the griffindor have to buy their way in , they got in , in pure talent , not like some people ." Hermione added , while raising her brows on the girl , adhara turned to the girl and handed Draco her broom , she looked down at the girl due to their height difference as adhara was taller than any in their year , well except for Tom
