Chapter 3

                                        Someone

It was already late night

Wanda was in her room and it seems like she cannot fallen asleep, she already tried many things to make herself sleep but failed so she just gave up

She started sitting up and stared at the walls for a couple of minutes until she stand up and goes downstairs, it was quiet I mean everyone is already asleep expect her she went to the kitchen to see if there's food in there and to her surprise there was

She grab a chocolate bar and took a glass of milk from the fridge

Then starting heading towards her room once again, she went to the room's balcony and just looked at the night sky while drinking it took a couple of hours to finish her snacks,  she's still staring at the beautiful sky

She starting thinking of what to do next as she couldn't sleep at all
She thought of something

what if I try going outside? I mean it will just took awhile

while thinking of that she made herself flown down
Little did she know that it alerts the owner whenever someone goes in or out.

It was already 5 am and she hasn't come back.

"Did she return yet?" chavez asked

"Not yet."

Wong was busy with other things that's why he wasn't here to deal with these

"how about we follow h-"

"Absolutely not" strange has cut her before she could even finished

"WHYY NOTT, it's not like we have other stuff to do"

"We can't just follow someone witho-"

"Nah were following her and thats final besides what if we find something weird or like idk" she quickly stoke before Stephen can finish

He just stared at her then finally agreeing

Wanda was sitting in a wooden branch besides the lake
It was peaceful not until she saw someone familiar in a distant

It was a boy, a teenager to be clear

The boy made an eye contact with her but he hides his face in his hoodie trying to not be seen as it recognized her.

chavez and strange had already spotted her but decided to remain hidden for awhile it was america's idea of course

It was clear that wanda was trying to remember the boy's name
Was it Spider boy? Spidey? Spiderman?

Without thinking clearly she called the boy out,

"Peter?"

The boy stopped walking. It's like he was stuck, Wanda started running towards him and the two watched closely

The boy turns to her with a shocked face, she was confused with that reaction so he asked him right away

"Did something happened?"

Peter remain quiet.

That's where the realization comes

"Wait. It's this about the spell strange cast?"

By saying that it made the two people hiding gasps but they remained silent while Peter on the other hand was very shocked he doesn't know how to feel about like either be happy that someone still remembers him or just How?

"Okay I'm glad that you remember me mrs maximoff but How???"

"Peter I'm a witch. I was in my place when that happens I believe but then again sorcerers and witches are different that makes us different from each others spells as well"

"That makes scene that stranger's spell didn't work on you"

"I guess you can say that, anyways are you doing alright by the past few months?"

"I mean I guess I am I have a house I'm renting and a work as well and school and other stuff"

"My gosh peter your far to young to do so much things do you atleast live with someone?"

When that question came up, it was silence.

"I'm living alone to be honest, my aunt past away a couple of months ago" he answered the question more calmer then expected

She regrets questioning that.

"I'm sorry for your lost"

"It's alright I'm trying to move on from it as well"

She simply smiled at him
Which makes him smile at her as well

"Well uhh I guess things are going good with yours I suppose?"

"If you meant right now then yes, but those other days are just bad like trust me"

Peter just laughed at that part that makes her laugh as well

They kept telling each other's stories till night time

Wanda looked at the sky seeing its already night

"I didn't know we chatted for that long.."
"I guess I'm just that lonely-"

"Dont be silly you can visit by our place or just my place which you know by now?"

"The one you own not strange's?"

"Yep"

"Alrighty I'll try to visit AH SHOOT I have to go-"

"Patrolling I suppose"
"Mhm! I'm sorry that I can't stay much longer-"

"It's fine is your job, I understand we can just meet each here if you want"

"That'll be so cool!! Thank you mrs maximoff!"

"Wanda. call me wanda"
"I see, Thank you again wanda!"

Peter had already running to go home or somewhere to change into his suit to go with his daily patrols
While Wanda just looked at him

She started standing up as well, while those two..

"I know your guys in there"

By saying that chavez and strange revealed themselves from where their hiding place

"Wanda who was that? How did he know me or you?"

Strange asked, Wanda just looked at him

"I don't want to explain right now I'm to tired, can you just send us home"

Strange didn't bother as he just do what she said
When the portal was ready they didn't hesitate to go straight into it as soon  as it was made, Wanda just went straight to her room as she didn't sleep last night of course the two knew and just let her be.
