This is gonna take long, so if you want, you can skip a few things. Such as the family members, apprentices, the details of the kits, exactly the amount of kits (you can just to litters), siblings, stats, breed, etc.
Or you could just do the basics (name, clan, gender, appearance)
That's it. It's detailed, so I don't expect anyone to spend a while on this, just a few things.
