I swear, I really love this book, and I've been wanting to do art for this book for a while and I'm so glad this book updated again. I recommend you go read this book because it is such a good concept and it is wonderfully executed. I really enjoy this and how the characters act and their personalities. I don't really read books with Halluvic and Xcellence, so I don't much about them, But this book is so good about how their characters are built and made and I just love reading about it and the art was so fun to draw.
The book is really good! The main character focuses are on Nightmare and Cross, and Halluvic and Xcellence more than any other characters. Again, this is another Ink is an asshole guy. Sorry... that's a bit of a spoiler. But yeah, it's not your classic Bad Guys group or multiverse and what not. But more... cool assassin secrets going against the government it's just really good. It's so good. I hope you guys read it, it will be worth it. It is literally a piece of art. Please read it if you like Crossmare. Even if you have no clue about anything about Halluvic and Xcellence like me. It's still really good, and I barely know anything about them, and I still enjoy the book. A lot. Enough to make art about it.

This is based off the fact that basically, Cross is the only one out of the four, that actually enjoy a life out of Crime. So I just imagine Cross peacefully gardening, and the rest of the gang is like tearing up the shop. And xChara being the child they are is like "They're feeling murder again." Like child telling on their sibling to their parent. But Cross is their older brother.

This was based off of the newest chapter, where Halluvic takes Xcellence on an adventure, but Cross makes them take Chara with them because why not. And Chara get's on Xcellences back and just pretends he's a loyal steed. It's great. We love ten year old XChara.
Also, I don't know to much about Halluvic and Xcellence, so sorry if I get everything completely wrong with them.
I do want to note that I do also plan to make more art for this book. More like "serious" art that's cool and not kinda crackshit like these ones. Don't get me wrong, these are still funny and I enjoy these. But... this book is just really good, and I want to do it justice. So I will be revisiting this book someday. No promises when, but one day.
