Using this method, you break your workday into 25-minute chunks separated by five-minute breaks. These intervals are referred to as pomodoros. 2. 1 task=1 reward Technique:
The 1 task=1 reward Technique is when you have a reward after you finish a task. For example: if you finish your maths homework you can take a 20 minute nap before doing your next project. Of course this isn't going to work for everybody so experiment.
