6. karan's breakdown

At late night

Sonakshi ring the bell and Omi open the door.

Mostly Omi stay with karan at night, because after teja s memory loss ,sonakshi takes Pihu with her, he is all alone in the house and is affecting his mental health and he didn't tell this to his family or close ones except Omi and Aditya.

S: Pihu?  Aur bhai? 
O: Pihu so gayi aunty K saath, aur bhai room main hai.
Then they goes to karan's room.
   Karan is sitting in balcony.
S: mujhe Pata hai aap dono kya puchne wale Ho. Bhai hamne wait kar liya na itne mahine usse kuch yaad aaya ,nhi .but kal jab usne Pihu ko dekha na, I can see the love in her eyes. Usne baat bhi kiya Pihu se, infact jab main usse baat kar rahi thi, tab Pihu mere upar soyi thi toh she can see her also. Aur Maine aunty se bhi pucha uss video call k vo thik thi, infact pahli baar khush thi Agar Pihu usse mil Legi toh accha hai na,may be usse kuch yaad aaye.
K: pagal hai tu, doctor ne mana kiya ..
S: but I will not force her. Yeh thodi na bolungi ki yaad kar Pihu teri beti hai.
O: par Pihu ?
S: usse samjhake leke jaungi.
K:aur voh manegi Teri baat? 
S: haan, agar baccho ko koi chiz pyar se samjhao na toh voh man jate hai, and BTW maine doctor se baat ki hai, pahle usse jyada stress nhi Dena tha isiliye U. S bheja, but abhi voh thik hai, she can work , aur unhone bhi bola force mat Karo, but at least vo log, vo incidents agar Phir se uske samne kare toh may be usse kuch yaad aaye. Aur waise bhi itne din Pihu ko jhut bol diya ki voh shoot pe hai, ab toh bata diya toh fir , use toh apni mumma chahiye na, aap chahte kuch bhi kar Lo, teja ki jagah toh koi nhi le sakta na, I promise u main bas Ek baar milwana chahti hu, agar kuch serious hua, toh Phir, but Ek risk toh Lena chahiye na.
O: I think ur right.
Karan sighed. He is teary eyed.
Sonakshi hugs him.
S: everything will be fine.
"No ,nothing will be fine " he said in crackling voice.
K: ab aur nhi ho raha hai mujhe. Golu, tujhe Pata hai Usne mujhe kya bola
S: Kisne? 
K: Pihu, Pihu ne bola ki vo mere saath rahna nhi chahti,, vo.... Voh usse lagta hai ki main... Main usse pyar nhi karta.
O: bhai, aap abhi tak iss baat ko leke baithe ho. Usne..
K: nhi, usne aise hi nhi bola. Meri beti ko lagta hai ki main... Sayad isiliye Vo mujhse dur rahti hai .vo....
Sonakshi cupped his face.
S: aisa kuch nhi hai.
He started shivering.
K: hain, meri bajah se Usse bhi apni maa se dur rahna pad raha hai, uski toh koi galti bhi nhi hai.
Sab meri galti k bajah se hua,
S: bhai apki galti nhi hai, it's a accident , why u r blaming urself? 
Omi held his hand and nodded in no.

(actually the things happened in that day is only know by omiran and Aditya)

K: Pihu, uski toh galti hi nhi hai, and he kept blabbering.
Then suddenly he gets a flashback

Flashback starts
Sm1: teri bajah se maine apna pyar ,apne baccho ko khoya hai,  tu bhi Ek din apne pyar k liye tadpega, tune mujhse mera baccha china hai, Ek din tujhse bhi Tera sab kuch chin jayega.
Flashback ends

K: Usne bola tha mujhse mera sab kuch chin jayega, sayad wahi hua hai mere saath. Meri ladoo mujhe bhul gayi, I want to see her, hug her but.... But I can't. Meri beti mere saath rahna nhi chahti. nhi ho raha hai yaar mujhse.
S: ur strong enough to handle this.
O: bhai, Pihu k baare main toh socho. Aur jab teja bhai ko Sab yaad aayega, aur unko Pata chala ki aap yeh Sab kar rahe Ho toh Unko kaise lagega.

He started breathing heavily and kneeled down on the floor.
K: Usne..
S: Omi, pump.
She is rubbing his chest.
Omi takes pump and he takes it and calm down a little. And give him water.
K: Usne bola tha.. Usne.. Par Maine kuch nhi kiya tha.
And he keep blabbering.
Sona hugged him tightly. Omi also hugged them.
After some time, when they broke the hug, karan is not responding.
S: bhai.... Bhai kya hua? 
O: kuch nhi hua, he is fine, Maine sleeping pills diya hai.
S: what?  💊 kyu? 
O: may be he don't tell u but he can't sleep without pills after that accident.
Then they take karan to bed. In sleep also he is saying ladoo.
Sona sit towards his head side and caressing his forehead.
S: I don't know, Pihu ko milwana ka idea sahi hai ya galat but.
O: apne doctor se baat ki hai na.
S: hmm.
O: toh Phir, jo bhi hota hai acche k liye hota hai, warna aap khud hi socho Pihu toh roz Apka mobile khelti hai na, Phir kal hi kyu ussi time pe teja ka call aaya, pahle kyu kabhi nhi aaya. Jisdin hamne Pihu ko sach bataya ussi din hi kyu?  I think it's hint that ab hame usse milwana chahiye.
S:hmm.par abhi kuch din mere shoot ka schedule hectic hai. Toh uske baad hi.
O: hmm, abhi aap so jao, main hu bhai k pass.
S: hmm. Ek baat bata bhai ne ya tune yeh 💊 wali baat pahle kyu nhi bataya?  And is it prescribed ya aise hi le lete hai.
O: vo actually, he don't want to trouble...
She glared at him.
S: is it prescribed or not?  And tell me exactly what happened? 
O: jab tak teja yaha pe thi, toh vo roz raat ko usse dekhne chale jate the. But  jab vo U. S chali gayi,

Flashback starts

It's after 3 days of teja going to U, S
His parents are in Punjab and they also take Pihu with them for some days. Sonakshi, Aditya are on their shoots. And Omi is on leave so he is coming back to Mumbai.  His keys on in karan's  house so he came to take that. And in the way, prince is also coming to meet him.

So both ringed the bell but karan didn't open. After 3 4 rings, karan opened the door and both are shocked. To see him.

Karan is looking so pale, tired. Having dark circles. He looses his weight also.
Prince and Omi hugged him.
P: aeh ki halat banali , veere.
K: vo..
Omi is inspecting the house. It is so clean which he can never do. In kitchen their is only fruits, coke, coffee. No vegetables etc.
Beer cans and candys are there in his living room, bed room.
O: bhai, yeh Sab kya hai.  Aapko asthma hai Phir bhi yeh...
P: ki hoya ? Dasso..
He sat on sofa resting his head on the backrest. Tears rolled down from his eyes.
P: karan..
K: I can't live without her, prince, I don't know I want to see her.
O: par vo U. S Main hai, bhai, and u know doctor ne bola..
P: veere, she will be fine. Don't worry.
Then both make him calm down.
P: I understand but why r u doing this to urself.
K: u never understand.
O: thik hai, nhi samjh sakte, but aapko khud ka bhi toh dhyan rakhna chahiye na. Aap Pihu k bare main toh socho, apne parents k bare main socho, agar vo aapko aise dekhenge toh unko kaisa lagega.
Karan sighed.
O:main abhi karu call uncle aunty ko.
K: nhi, I don't want to trouble them.
P: then u have to promise u will take care of urself.
K: hmm.
Karan sees Omi is calling someone.
K: tu kise call kar raha hai.
O: meri gf ko (in call )arti, golu hai kya? 
K: Omi tu pagal hai. Usse kyu baat karni hai tujhe, And he snatched phone from his hand.
O: abhi aap prince bhai ko promise kar rahe Ho, Phir jab voh chale jayenge, toh aap apna marzi ka karoge. Aap itna kitne time se wahi toh kar rahe Ho, aunty thi toh aapke khane pine ka dhyan rakhti, ab toh vo bhi aap nhi kar rahe Ho, Maine dekha abhi kitchen Jake.
K: vo....
O: apko gussa Karna hai karlo, but main toh bata dunga.
P: om... Karan bhai vo nhi batayega, bas aap acche se raho.
Omi gets call from sonakshi. Karan picks call.
S: om... Ohh bhai, Om kaha hai, usko do.
K: vo nhi hai.
O: hain? 
Karan glared at him.
S: toh usse bolna, main abhi flight pe hu.ane k baad milungi Aur haan main apko phone karne hi wali thi,  Pihu mere saath wapas aa rahi hai,
P: mele ko bhi baat kalni hai.
Papa,
Karan had tears in his eyes.
K: baby, aap thik ho.
P: nhi, mujje apke pass lahna hai.
S: bhai, flight take up karne wali hai, main aapko baad main call karti hu.
Karan started crying. And prince and Om hugs him. And he get panic attack.
And fainted.
