Samuel's POV

I was re-awoken a few hours later by my Aunt Dottie asking me if I wanted to go with her to pick Tony up. I agreed and got my shoes, sunglasses and jacket on then went to the car. After a few seconds she arrived and got in the car, we listened to music the whole time.

Once we got there I was on look out for Tony so I got out the car. I saw him run out looking nervous with two boys behind him laughing and pointing at him. Tony walked up to me and moved right close to my side. I looked down at him and then at the two boys, they made eye contact with me so I moved my head down to make my sunglasses slip down my nose a little, I made my eye glow for a second at them and their faces dropped.

I put my sunglasses back onto my face properly and opened the back door for a giggling Tony to get in the car. I shut the door and looked back at the boys to see them staring at me, I smirked and got into the car again. Auntie Dottie asked Tony about his day at school, he didn't mention about the boys and just said he had a good day which I knew wasn't true, I could tell easily when he was lying and he was lying so something else must have happened but I wasn't going to pressure him to tell me, he would tell me when he's ready.

Once we got back to the house, me and tony went straight to his room to colour or at least he did. I led on his bed with Auntie Dottie's laptop watching a movie. After an hour or so Auntie Dottie came in to tell us her and Uncle Bob are leaving and that the babysitter is downstairs, she kissed me and Tony on the head before leaving the house. This babysiter would never last in my house, we'd drive her out the first day most likely.

"You don't like babysitters very much do you, Sam?" Tony spoke up after a few minutes almost like he was reading my mind.

"No I don't, the nannies who try to look after me and my siblings never last." I grinned when I looked over at him to see him wearing a red cape and little cut out paper fangs with ketchup on his mouth. "What are you doing?" I giggled out.

"Being like you!" He giggled back. I smiled and made my eyes brighter so they'd be noticeable through my contacts. He gasped slightly as he rarely ever sees my eyes with or without my contacts. He went back to playing his game and after a while I listened in because he started chanting what that vampire man was chanting in our dream.

That chant seemed so familiar to me but I couldn't tell why and it wasn't from the dream, it was like a distant memory or something. I was thrown out of my thoughts when all of a sudden something black flew fastly through the window and crashlanded into the fireplace. Tony gasped and ran closer to me whilst I jumped up and stood in front him whilst pushing my sunglasses on.

The thing in the fireplace looked like a bat?

A bat that's turning into a human?

WAIT WHAT?!
