"What the HELL are you doing here? And why on Earth are you naked?!" I yelled using my hands to cover his...private part, forgetting all about the knife I was holding.

The idiot in front of me scowled at my hand, "Watch where you point that thing."

"If you don't leave in the next five seconds I know exactly where I'm pointing this!"

Ignoring my threat, he barged right into my living room.

"Hey, I didn't tell you to come in!" I turned around to face him.

I try my hardest to keep my eyes from wandering.

Oh boy...

Actually that's no boy...that's all man right there.

"Don't ever run away from me again."

"Are you serious? That's why you followed me here?"

"My wolf couldn't help it, the urge to chase you was too big to contain. I shifted." He said annoyed.

I put my free hand on my hip. "I thought I made it clear to you. I do what I want."

"Well looks like we have that in common." He growled and stepped closer to me.

I opened my mouth to reply when I remembered he was still naked in my living room.

"Will you cover yourself?!" I yelled.

"Too much for you to handle?" He teased with a smile.

I narrowed my eyes and walked to my room to find some clothes for him. I searched through my drawer until I found some sweatpants and a random t-shirt.

"Here!" I threw the clothes at him as soon as I got back to the living room.

He looked at the clothes in his hand with a scowl, "Why do you have guy clothes?" He looked up at me accusingly.

I smirked at him and walked to the kitchen with my back turned to him to give him privacy to change. I put the knife back in its place.

How the hell was I going to get him out of here...

"You know you can stare all you want." His condescending voice filled the silence.

My hand twitched, the urge to pick up that knife and throw it at him was increasing with every annoying second he was in my apartment.

"Okay, I'm decent." He spoke again.

"Great." I turned around. He was still standing in the living room, the only thing separating us was my kitchen counter top. I stepped forward and leaned up against it. "That means you can go."

"Not without out you." He replied firmly crossing his arms over his chest.

Those biceps though...

I scoffed, "Keep dreaming Mr. Alpha."

"You are coming home with me."

I rolled my eyes, "You don't tell me what to do."

"I'm your mate, therefore I am your Alpha. You do what I say." He started walking towards me, making his way around the countertop.

I turned and crossed my arms over my chest. "I don't have an Alpha. I do what I want." At this point he was right in front of me, my back leaning against the countertop.

"If you don't pack your things right now you'll leave without them." He threatened.

"If you don't get out of my face you'll leave with a black eye." I said with a low voice.

We glared at each other for what seemed like forever.

They say that when you look into your mates eyes you just want to stare at them forever. Screw that! I wanted strangle him for being so damn stubborn.

"You are coming with me."

This guy doesn't learn.

"You try to touch me, I'll make a scene."

"You forget I'm an alpha." He replied with a smug smile.

"You forget I live on the outskirts of your precious pack. Humans, everywhere. You might scare them, but they don't have to follow your orders. And neither do I." I said with a smug smile as well.

He grabbed my arm. "We'll see about that. Let's go."

He dragged me out of the kitchen forcefully, but not enough to leave a bruise. Love was barking behind us.

"Help! Someone help me!" I screamed at the top of my lungs.

"Cut it out." He growled, annoyed at my dramatic performance. We were at my door going into my the hallway.

"Help! Please! He's kidnapping me!" I screamed louder, hoping someone heard me.

"Hey man what are you doing?" A guy looking to be about twenty came rushing to us dropping his bags of groceries. "Let her go!"

"Fuck off. This doesn't concern you." Mr. Alpha replied.

"It does when you're mistreating a lady in front of me." He tried to peel me off of...suddenly it hit me. I didn't know the Alpha's name. My mate's name. Wow.

"MISTREATIN—" He roared.

A door next to us opened. "What's going on out here?" An older man in his forties stepped out.

"Nothing is going on, it's not what it—", my mate tried to explain.

Two more doors opened, people started crowding us in the hallway.

"You ought to be ashamed of yourself young man." An elder woman scolded him.

"Was he—"

"How dare he—"

"You should leave." The first guy said firmly. I didn't even notice people started pulling me away from his grasp, making a barrier between us. I tried my hardest to contain my laughter.

He stared at me, if looks could kill I'd be 10 feet under. I knew he was beyond pissed, his nose started flaring. "This isn't over." Was the last thing he said before he gave me one last glare and left.

The older woman placed a gentle hand on my arm and asked me with concern, "Are you okay miss?"

"Yes, I'm fine. Thank you, everyone." I said, trying to make my voice sound weak.

The first guy spoke again, "You should call the police and report it."

"No, it's fine. I think he learned his lesson." I said smiling mentally.

After a few minutes of reassuring my neighbors that I was fine, everyone went back to their own business.

I entered my apartment and spotted Love by the doorway. "It's okay boy, I'm not going anywhere."

I closed the door and leaned against the door.

Crazy day.

I turned to my left and saw the moonlight shining through the window. Jeez, what a long night. I walked towards the window and peeked through the blinds. The stars were out blinking down at me making me smile.

From the corner of my eye, I saw something across the street. I looked down and scanned the sidewalk. It was hard to see because it was too dark, the only light was coming from the moonlight and from the light post nearby.  Narrowing my eyes I saw a figure, the outline of a man. At first I thought my jackass of a mate was back but the shivers I got didn't feel right.

My breath hitched a little bit.

Who was that?

The sound of Love's bark made me turn my head to him. He whined letting me know he was tired and wanted to finally get some sleep.

When I turned my head back to look for the figure, it was gone.

I frowned and shook my head. It could've been my imagination but nevertheless I double bolted my door that night.
