After the fight between the Upper Moon 4 and 5 which are Hantengu and Gyokko their are some events that happened like Mitsuri and Muichiro who are able to unlock the Demon Slayer Mark that they have use in the battle between the Upper Moon 

And what's more is that Nezuko who is being able to walk under the sun that make Muzan want her more from able to hear that news and after that battle the demons become quite and not be able to roam in the night that make the other Hashira and Oyakata-sama that the war is being near because of this event 

That is why in the meeting Amane-sama is the one who held the meeting because of the condition of Oyakata-sama because of the curse and his body is not being able to stand it that is why he needs to rest and make his wife to attend the meeting

In the meeting they talk about the mark the Mitsuri and Muichiro unlock in the fight and about the mark also that Tanjiro unlock before the Hashira and it has also said that to those who unlock the mark whether it is a Hashira or not they should participate in the war that is upcoming and since Nezuko is now able to stand under the sun she is now being hide because of it 

They also start the Hashira training for the lower ranks since the war is upcoming and not just that the demon Tamayo is also being invited in the Corps to make the antidote or the medicine to be able bring Nezuko back for being the human and also some poison for able to use for Muzan which Insect Hashira Shinobu is now working with Tamayo to make this medicine she is not tha only Hashira who did not join the Hashira also Giyuu and Hayato did not also choose to join the Hashira training but choose to train by themselves and also sometimes Hayato go where Shinobu and Tamayo make the medicine he also help for them like getting some ingridients and also he make some poison that he will use for Upper Moon 2 Doma when he fight againts him and also make some medicine that they can drink when they have injuries or that will make them able to fight again 

Here is also revealed that Shinobu talk to Kanao about the demon who killed Kanae that she tell to her tsuguko that to kill that demon she needs to be eaten by that demon since in her body has a poison which is heavey poison since ever since Kanae died she start to consume some poison for it but what the two don't know Hayato heard it and talk to her about it

Hayato: Do you think I will allow it?

Kanao: (shocked at Hayato sudden appearance)

Shinobu: H-Hayato... (widen her eyes)

And Kanao left because she knows that Hayato is now mad because of Shinobu's plan about killing the Upper Moon 2 and she knows that only Hayato can talk to Shinobu since she also know that Upper Moon 2 is the who kill his family and mostly his younger sister, that is why she will trust Hayato in talking to Shinobu

Hayato: Do you not care for what will they feel when they hear that you died from that demon?
