Pushing my hair behind my ear smiling excited after the exciting mini X-games. "Sad to see them leave" I say, before laughing an clapping my hands, "Alright, we have got some R rated games, but" I looked at Vincent as he answered the phone before walking into the house. "But we will start with some pg-13 games" I said with a fake smile. It didn't hold when I heard the  of a car. And so I did what any other pissed beyond reason bride to be did. I let my hair down litterly, went wild even have a little wine. His family did a double take, but many seem  understand the pressure of being the future Mrs. Corta. That blonde did could take him, she obviously wanted him.

It was late and we had just gotten out the pool sitting around the fire a glass of white wine in everyones hand, I was snuggled against Mario with my hair on his chest as he fingered it. Something Vincent never did, Mario didn't takr my breath away, but he was delicious to look at.

"Okay truth or dare" asked River tipping back her glass. Mostly, all his family had left except the real party animals and the very few mom and dad were going to keep here, but they where up in the kitchen. "Dare" Mario said, rubbing his hand over my thigh making me giggle. River smiled, "I dare you to kiss the bride" everyone laughed. "Your kidding" he muttered. Shaking her head she points to me, "She deserves a little action. You can't resist" wiggling her eyebrows. I felt Mario's dark eye's drift down my body making me buzz in a way that was so minuscule I thought it was a shiver. He sat up more and cupped my face and I stared gape. dumbfounded even, I mean, I was gonna get kissed by a man not Vincent and while my body was telling me I would not enjoy it, my heart which ached from when he walked away without so much as a text wanted some kind of revenge. I wanted this to prove that I could do everything he could do.

Mario looked at me, lowering his head slowly, our heavy breathing mingling. This was so going- "If you think about it I'll kill you" never happen. Ever.

Pulling back fast I see a Vincent in all his rage and muscle, his body tense and his stance deadly. Sitting up like a board I down cast my eyes, "It was all for kicks" Mario said, grinning nervously. "Then i'll shot you for kicks" he spat. I jumped gripping my arms, closing my eyes tightly. "Well, you left" muttered River. He didn't even acknowledge her and that made me sigh. "I better get going" I heard River say. leaning over hugging her, "Thanks for coming". "It was" her eyes dart out to him then back to me, "a blast".  When she was gone everyone else slowly slipped off careful not to even brush against him.

When everyone was gone I got up and started to walk past him when his arm shot out and grabbed my wrist harsher then his normal grip, but not hurting. "What was that" he gritted. Sighing I look down at my feet, "Why does it matter, Vincent, I'm marrying you" He let go of my wrist and slid them in his pocket, using his stern deep voice that made even me jump, "Then it do you good to remember it". I walk off to the house, and go to sit to wait for him to be ready to leave. The ride is silent, the house is silent, and the bed is cold. Like someone rubbed ice all over it. Oreo had stayed quiet the whole time not a yip.

The next day he was gone before I got out of bed which while wasn't rare, but disappointing. "Just us three, Fluff ball" I say as he lick at my feet. Laughing I get ready making some coffee for my favorite body guard, who seemed to always be around whenever I wasn't in Vincent's sigh or arms reach. Pulling on some light jeans, and a light pink top with a thin gray sweater, and low top gray boots, tying a pink and gray scarf around my neck I head out putting on Oreo's  leash and harness, which was pink. Laughing at the humor that I alone understood.

Handing over the coffee I get in my car driving off to see Flora glass which was all failed attempts. She sent me a way with a scorn this time so I roamed the wedding shops, licking ice cream, and trying not to be disappointed. At the end of the strip was a small boutique that I really didn't want to go into, but dragging myself inside along with Fluff ball, we were greeted by an overly perky women in yellow, it screamed sunshine.
