in which kleptomaniac 𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐚 𝐦𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐤 gets paired with 𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐫 in a project to reintegrate the 𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 back into society
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Here at 𝐌𝐢𝐝𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲, we strive for excellence in our ability to care of our students and our staff, by any means necessary. We understand that the turbulence of the last few years will have left many feeling uprooted and we believe it is in the best interest of all to establish a 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞.
In this programme, each 𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 will be paired with a 𝐧𝐨𝐧-𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭, in the hope of easing the transition back into our school community and the new, wider society. To be involved in this programme, please sign the consent form below and return to the office by the end of next week.
We aim to reassure parents/guardians that our ethos remains the same, producing the brightest talent in STEM in New York. None of our teaching practices will go unsettled by this arrangement; every student is expected to resit Midterms and our 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐩 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞 this summer will continue to go ahead.
